Standing at counter right now. I came in an hour ago for my script. They told me to come back in 25 minutes. ITS STILL NOT READY. What are you guys doing back there. There are 4 of you standing around just talking. Lets get back to being professional and start doing your job. Absolutely the worst customer service at this CVS.

About a month ago I received my first vaccine shot Pfizer in CVS Ventnor Heights . I was able to walk in and receive my vaccine within 20 minutes. However, today when I came for the second shot they told me that they do not except walkins anymore and you have to schedule an appointment. At the time I was in the store only one person waiting for the vaccine. I informed the staff that I tried to schedule online at CVS in Ventnor but could only schedule at CVS in other parts of New Jersey all way up to Bergen county !Both the CVS staff and pharmacist were completely indifferent to my situation. However, I found out online that Acme in Ventnor accepts walk-ins . I went to ACME and the Pharmacist was very friendlyand I received my second shot within 30 minutes.I am a long-time customer of CVS in Ventnor but no longer, I will have my prescriptions transferred to ACME

Go anywhere else. The pharmacy doesnt answer the phone and whenever weve been notified that our prescriptions are ready, we arrive to find that isnt the case!

I think it is slow and dirty. Replace the floor tiles for Gods sake

Clean Store, Friendly & Helpful Staff

This most caring, professional Pharmacist, I have ever seen!The pharmacist here actually takes the time to speak with patients about their medications. His knowledge and concern, are greatly appreciated!

Pharmacy people are nice. Usually quick and remember me. They are so sweet to my baby as well. The store is well organised and a lot to choose from. Very good prices too.(edit: three years later with no issues really but today i opened my prescription bag and out came this filthy random receipt. definitely not mine. it was in the bag when i opened and i do not order this stuff. will post photo. unsanitary. scared to take my medicine now. )

The pharmacy employees are so nice. They seem to remember my name, always try to help if Im in a rush. This cvs I reall like..

Excellent pharmacy, Mr. Kayee(hope I spelled it correctly) is great. He provided me complimentary needles against my prescription needles as I lost my syringes for the temporary situation as Im not from this area.

Out of a lot of stuff (namely tampons)

Pharmacy call was dropped. After multiple attempts to explain the prescription number and pickup, they return to say they dont stock the common medication.

Pharmacists and team are very helpful, patient, passionate and professional towards customers. Thank you CVS@Ventinor City NJ

OK location. Store is very standard. Plenty of parking.
