Huge store! Very clean. Good pricing. Only problem, still no Sony Playstation 5 consoles available. I know it is not there fault but that was my primary reason for todays visit....

This store location was awesome!! Very clean, FULLY stocked, associates asked if we needed assistance with anything, lines werent long at all! Such a huge variety and definitely one of the best locations weve been too.

I’m Not Really a Target 🎯 Fan,.. But ..because were convenient and was 10:40 at Night and they were the Only supermarket on the area open ..I give it a chance,Let me tell you, I was like, what? They have fruit and veggies section 🥑🍒.., with pretty decent Organic selection and reasonable Prices..then I keep walking and they have liquor store inside the supermarket with Moët 🍾🥂..Okay..then I walked a bit more and I saw a huge (28 FL OZ) Purell Hand sanitizer the One you can’t get none were .... so I was like ... Ok Target 🙄You win me as your Fan Now! LOL 😂.. I recommend 100% this Target Location if you are looking to get goodies that are sold out elsewhere!..

I wish I could give negative star if I could. The Supervisor name Carmen, and Felix, have bad attitude toward customer, I left Big toilet papers underneath shopping cart and they said they cannot replace it because it happened outside of the store, and I went to Wheeling Target explained, they would replace it for me if I bought it from their store FOR ONE TIME COURTESY and they told me to call Target customer relations so I got Gift Card from them. Carmen or Felix never told me about that kind of option,THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER!!! SHOULD NEVER GO THERE FOR ANY DECENT TREAT. THEY ARE TERRIBLE~~~

Target is the go to. Always nearby, always reliable. Staff is friendly, and store is clean. Really like the new ready prep meals they have now. Restrooms are also very clean. 10 out of 10.

I guess not a single soul knows where the 23 and Me DNA test is. Someone needs to tell them covid is over and that they should hire some people on the floor to assist! A family next to me also needed help and couldnt find something because the guy they asked didnt know. I must have found the same guy because he again didnt know! I shouldnt be surprised because in the 20 minutes I spent floundering inside the store he peddled the same shopping cart in circles pretending to be busy by the front entrance. Really giving Amazon a run for their money today 😂

The produce and fruit selection are outstanding. Ram always greets me as how are you doing my friend? If I inquire about where a product is located? Typically the staff walks me over to the item I am looking for.

This location always seems to have the items Im looking for in stock. Staff is friendly and location is clean and simple to wander through. The property location is a bit of a pain to get into and out of, but after a few times making the trip.

Yes this is a super Target unbelievably huge great produce very reasonable price electronics and school items overall the store was a bit under staffed but the manager on duty was really nice help me located what I needed and exchanged my return without any questions ask just have your receipt the front end was really efficient also I saw that there is a starbucks fun to shop here

I visited this location after visiting the Mundelein location for a curtain rod. However I was un able to find what I was looking for. I ask for help from one of the workers by the name of Billy, and he did a great job at assisting me with this issue. He took me to the locations where the curtain rods are located Unfortunately there were none. After checking the system he went to check in back to see if there were any. after finding out that they Did not have it. He contacted another location And have them check the inventory and place the items that I was searching for on hold. He went over and beyond to insure that I was a happy customer not to mention I told him that I may go to Walmart instead LOL thank you Billy for a great job done. You have shown me that customers do come first.

Hello there, while me and my friends where one a bike ride and the there was a desire for thirst to be quenched. We pondered potential solutions... 7-11 gas station even the local pond. We decided to head to our target to find solutions. We romed the aisles to find what we need. Then the glorious idea hit our brain! MILK. Milk is cheap fun yummy and cool. Our big brains decided ... buy milk...buy cup...MILK ON A HILL! This target location provides a hill that is quite nice. So we bought a half gallon milk and 30 cups. We only used 4 cups so I took the rest home. I had a wonderful time at this target and may come to buy milk again!

The past five times I’ve come here, there has been a long line to check out. Today there were 8 people in the self checkout line and only one employee running the line. However there are four employees stocking the make-up and after asking for people to come help and calling customer service, I’m still in line able to post this review.

The guy was very helpful and fast no hassle at all, I was very impressed!

I love the layout of the store, the staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. I feel safer and less stressful shopping in the store because of the EXTRA care that Target employees are taking to make my shopping experience easier during this pandemic. From the moment I walked into the store there were signs for mask policy in place and I was greeted with a clean cart. As I walked through the store, the isles were spacious to shop and distancing was in place among the customers and employees. As I approached the check-out, the lines were marked with 6 ft. distancing and the employees enforced it in a polite way to keep the distancing in place. When it came to my turn to approach the register, a Target employee asked me nicely to please wait so that she could wipe down the checkout area for my safety!...I was like wow...this is a first! I cant tell you how I had this feeling of relief...going shopping right now makes me on edge and paranoid touching things and shopping at Target gave me a sense of relief and then to have sanitizer as you left the store and a cart greeter to take your cart to clean it down again for the next customer. I really felt that Targets actions were taking this pandemic seriously...I get that it has been 8 months since this started to effect us and put a huge change in our lifestyles...and that there are some of us tired of wearing the masks...but we are not going to reduce the spread if we are not in this together! Thank you Target for really doing an amazing job.

It was pretty smooth. There were a few too many people around the service desk for my liking with the virus in the air, but they work there and we all had masks on so maybe its okay.

Extremely friendly and very professional. My wife who is scared of needles barely noticed it because Tammy showed good rapport. We did not feel like another number. :)

Everything about this purchase was EASY. From purchasing online to picking up. I will DEFINITELY be using the drive up pickup option again. I have little children & getting them in the car, out of the car, in the store, going around the store to collect our items, check out, etc can take entirely WAY TOO LONG & someone is liable to have a meltdown. With the drive up pick up option, since I already paid for everything online, all I have to do is get the kids in the car, let Target know when Im on my way & when I get to the store. GAME CHANGER!

He helped me with getting my items from the back and where some other things were located at . The best service I’ve gotten from a target member! I 100% recommended this target .

Thats a great store BUT in the toys section they really should have more stuff for girls. I am talking about dolls. Because they have few barbies and thats it. But Monster High and Disney dolls are extremely popular right now and all the girls and even older fans want to go to Target and be able to find them and buy right away )

The items were not at the same location (after, first showing that all items were in stock(the interface showed 3), I was double billed and 1 of the items was missing parts. I was trying to avoid amazon but, they don’t make these mistakes. I understood the virus is challenging but, this is proof of negligence not lack of staff.

My FAVORITE Target ever. The remodel was incredible. Great job! I could shop here every day. It looks like a Whole Foods married a Macys. Their wine selection is always nicely displayed and has an excellent array of choices. I have had better help in their womens clothing department than at some higher end stores. The last time I was in two lovely women searched the clearance rack for me while I was trying on clothes. I shouldve gotten their names. Hopefully next time Im in I can call them out for their great work

I expressed to the manager about a racial slur made by one of the employees, she told me that she DOESN’T believe her employee said something like that! I DO NOT recommend shopping at this Target!!

I love this Target. It’s really clean and they always have everything I need. I have asked for a price match based upon the Target website a couple of times and they have never hesitated- Great customer service. Fresh produce is of great quality. Prices might be higher than Walmart for some products but this location feels very welcoming to me.

Great job on the remodel, women’s restroom needs some repairs on toilet seats are loose in both front and rear restrooms. Also I think W Division in Chicago needs some hooks and tighter seats as well. Please put signs on near East side parking if the road the goes around side parking lot that allows left turn headed to Rt. 60, on signs it say “Slow Down, Caution blind spot ahead, Drive on right side of the road” I’m getting people driving like they are trying for fast and furious (race car driving film) slow sign enter north part of side parking lot on east side of building and other sign should be placed middle of side building near street heading to N Fairway Dr, a sign about this location for traffic (42.2389303, -87.9557323) for south bound head to Fairway Dr., / (42.2385660, -87.9550286) location for sign estimate for traffic heading to main entrance of store coming from N Fairway Dr. north bound traffic, Thank you. Went to target was there at 7AM with everything going on I thought the first hour was reserved for seniors? No there were people of all ages very disappointed!!!!!

My bad experience is with the Target Mobile Kiosk in Electronics. I went in to upgrade and trade in a device and the young kid helping me. Said “no problem we can do that.” The only reason I went to Target is because they were the only store in the area that had the phone I wanted in stock. Half way during the transaction I asked him again about the trade in and If i could apply what I was getting for my phone toward an ATT account credit. To which she said yes. Then As he rang up the phone he apparently realize he could not apply my credit toward my ATT account for the trade-in. So he changed his story and said he could only give me a $200 target gift card towards a purchase in the store. Which was disappointing but I would take the gift card anyway. Once we finish the entire transaction I asked him for my target gift card. After checking with somebody on the phone he then intern said that that promotion had expired ended on Sunday so he could not do that either. It’s very frustrating how he could not provide a service from the get go and should have been upfront and truthful about what he could and could not do. And if he was in sure he should have asked somebody who did know. I believe this is a big training issue. Target and market source should really take their employee training a little more serious It’s a shame that I made a complaint at the store while I was still there and the manager at target could not help me they took my number down and I have not heard from anybody which is also very disappointing.

I like Target and most others I know do as well but its a personal preference. I have noticed lately that some prices have gone up alot for essential items which may cause shoppers to go elsewhere.

After remodel: We found just 1 of the 3 items we were looking for. A container we were interested in had no lids on display; a sign said to ask for more. We could not find anyone to ask, looking through half the store. Also, there are more self check out options than cashiers. Looks like this Target is overall self serve, with little interest in customer service. Before remodel: We rated 5 stars. Found what we were looking for: water on sale, storage containers, and wood hangers. Pleasant cashier completed a successful shopping visit.

Checkout process was too long for the amount of people in line. The cashiers (Dulce and Michael) kept flipping back and forth between registers. Michael was a bit chatty with customers. When manager called, he exhibit the same desire to extend the conversation. More work, less talk would be better.

Nothing special on pricing and selection. Had to go find someone to handle my pickup. no one on duty at the the pickup desk when I arrived. There was a long line of people at one person handling returns and exchanges. Once I got someone to find the pickup person, it went well, quick and efficient.

This is a Super Target. This is the only Super Target Ive seen. I love it. They sell a lot more produce than the regular Target.It has a nice feel to it inside. I go here whenever I can.

Its a Target. Not a bad one, not a good one. The nicer and more expensive version of Walmart. The goods are usually of the same (low) quality, and I therefore try to avoid buying a ton of stuff. The groceries are actually quite good, and in many cases cheaper than the big local Jewel, which is saying something.

Pretty organized. Sometimes out of stock on things i can find at others. Love their girls clothes section. And whoever is working the natural makeup we tion needs an award! Ive dropped more money there than I have need of make up... Its so tempting!

Great prices and selections. My only dislike is that I forgot my phone so couldn’t scan items andget the discounts. I feel that if your Red Card member you should get discounts automatically. So mad at myself for forgetting phone as I missed out on a 25% and a couple 10% discounts. It adds up.

My favorite dinner spot. Beef n cheddar croissant, yum. Chocolate shake! I just took a whole choc cake out to friends in Arizona. They never get my French dressing for my salad correct in the drive-thru though.

Went to go buy a few things me and the wife like target. Im in the military and being stationed out in the middle of Louisiana we dont have one near us. When looking on line and seeing target was doing a 10% across the board discount. Asked the lady at checkout she didnt know then asked a manager she said she didnt know either I let her see what I found online. She kinda gave a shrug of her shoulders and said that she still couldnt do any thing. I like when people are up front if you dont want to give the discount then just say so. Will most likely not be returning any time soon.

I love target and buy most of my clothes and gifts and other random items there. Recently though, I have been less than impressed with the layout and have had trouble finding items. More importantly, I have been surprised how untidy several sections have been in 2 different stores. I have had trouble finding the right size for kids items because of the mess in some sections. I will very likely still go to Target because of the quality of the items for which I am looking (even if I have trouble finding them).

I went to Target to buy a phone charger. An associate named Juan greeted me and showed me what I had asked for. he then asked me what kind of iphone I had and I told him. He informed me that the charger I had asked for would not work with and iphone7 and showed me another that would (and does) work fine. On line or no Juan, and I would have bought the wrong thing., and would have had to return it opened. People on the floor make shopping in a store better than shopping at Amazon. People are the stores advantage.

There was a long line and only 1 cashier, she paged several times for assistance and no one responded. It was late in the evening not swamped and still no response from team. I stood in line for about 15 minutes...unacceptable.

I picked up half the items on my shopping list. You were out of things that surprised me.
