Brought my grandson in to get measured and get new left handed clubs for Christmas. (Knowing that there is a shortage of product availability) Sales associate Ron suggested that we go on line and order the clubs directly from the distributor bypassing the store. He thought I would get better service as an individual consumer. When I got home, I realized that he ordered the wrong length clubs. Fortunately, I was able to email U.S.Kids and get it straightened out. Surprisingly the clubs were shipped right out.
