Fast service, very clean show room, helpful staff and great prices. Im building a kitchen so I have be here many times to get materials. Most recently I bought drawer handles for less than two dollars a piece which is a great price compared to what you may find online.

I ordered cabinets that were supposed to be all plywood construction. In the end after many promised calls from their CEO that were not followed through with, I’m inevitably stuck with cabinets that weren’t as described without any help at all from their corporate headquarters. Just a terrible commercial buying experience as I’ll never buy from them again.

Great company with great pricing. If you are looking for cabinet hardware, drawer slides, even machinary, this is the place! And they have delivery and will call for last minute items needed. I also own a cabinet shop and order from them monthly. Dont know the name of the part that you need...well they will!

Ordered hardware from their catalog. It looked NOTHING like the picture when it arrived. Description said distressed and they looked like they were simply spray painted dark brown. Very disappointing. Called their Vernon Hills office to find out return instructions. Person on phone could not find my order even though I was reading her the order # straight from my packing list. Finally found it, she apologized, then checked on return. Came back & said my hardware was not returnable. Unfortunate for me, have no purpose for this hardware. Unfortunate for them, as I will not do business with them again. Have never had this kind of service any where else. I understand a restocking fee, but no return whatsoever? Not good policy.

Worst in-store customer experience ever... The lady behind the counter in Vernon Hills is rude and seems like she has no idea how to use their computer system to check the stock.

The people that work here are friendly and courteous. Their customer service is above and beyond what one would expect in this type of catalog business.
