Shaun, the main man at OTGS, was great to work with from start to finish. My experience with Shaun started when I was searching for sound and lighting rental in eastern CT. I found myself on the OTGS website, bopping to the background beats while browsing Shauns huge selection of speakers and lighting equipment for rent. After submitting an inquiry, Shaun reached out to me via text until we had enough information to setup a phone call. When we spoke on the phone, Shaun listened to my wants and needs, established a budget with me, and made some awesome recommendations based on our conversations. I ended up going with the Ultimate Upgrade package and getting a bunch of battery-powered up-lighting to really make my event pop! On top of that, I rented a Chauvet Gigbar that made the dance floor really feel like a party. I would not hesitate to work with Shaun and OTGS again. The service was incredibly professional, the equipment top-notch, and the price was absolutely right!!! You arent going to find a better experience for the price. Rented the Ultimate Package with lighting from OTG Sound and made sure to include the set up. Shaun couldnt have been nicer. He was timely and set everything up and made sure to walk me through everything. The equipment was state of the art and all I had to do was plug in my Mac-book Pro to DJ the high school reunion! He took the equipment away as soon as the reunion was over. Piece of cake...Highly recommend for your audio needs!

Rented speakers for our wedding. Amazing customer service. Shaun went above and beyond to make sure we knew how the equipment worked. He let us make a reservation a month or so in advance when other places wouldnt. He went out of his way to make the return easy when the business hours were affected by a holiday. Sean has been an angel to me and my family! He provided the best sound and equipment possible for my daughters birthday party and everyone said it was the best night of the summer. I know his presence and impromptu karaoke for the kids with his outstanding wireless microphones left a lasting impression on my guests. He also hooked up the microphones to the guest perform who played a saxophone melody for us! His beautiful notes were heard clearly, even in an outdoor setting, due to the stellar equipment provided by Anderson and his staff!

Very impressed by the equipment but even more impressive was the service. At 9:00 PM I sent an email inquiry about a sound system for a party for 75 people in a restaurant banquet room. Shaun called me within 1/2 hour and by 10 PM I had checked music off my to-do list. (BTW--the other inquiries I made went unanswered.) On party day Shaun arrived on time and setup a sound system that had our guests up and dancing. This was infinitely better than the good stereo we had originally planned to use. This was an excellent experience and Shaun has definitely earned his 5 star rating.

I had Shaun hook up all my electronics(T.V. DVD, etc.) to my sound system and computer. He did a professional job, with no long wait time. I highly recommend him and his company for all sound related jobs.

Ive rented DJ equipment from here for all the parties Ive thrown. I dont see any reason to go anywhere else, OTG always hooks it up and makes it really easy and affordable to get all the gear necessary to throw a big party. I have no complaints,and I always receive top of the line products without having to spend crazy amounts of money.

Sean is a great guy, and his prices are very competitive. Off the Ground has top quality gear, (we usually rent his qsc kw181 and k10s) and its very affordable. We need to have low end and quality tops for the events we play, usually clubs and bars have weak systems, so we always go to Sean on our way out.

Sean was accommodating with a last minute rental of a powered speaker 15, It gave me great sound because of the great quality of the equipment. This was so last minute and Sean made an extra effort to get me the equipment I needed. Will defiantly use their services again.

The owner of this company, Shaun is an awesome guy. I was in a huge rush and he got me an insanely loud speaker and subwoofer for my Graduation party the same day I called him.
