It was my first time in that store today, and was blown away by Mandy. She was absolutely phenomenal and she was able to answer all of my questions. She was professional and had knowledge of pretty much all the products there. Definitely going back. Wonderful customer service skills.

Yesterday the girl with the pink hair was TALKING UP A STORM about nothing that had to do with the store products with a customer while I waited for assistance I had no other choice but to leave. I can tell she didnt want to assist me cause soon as I left she Stopped talking cause I checked I took couple steps out the door and back ...and I seen it with my own eyes way to go...poor customer service

Very helpful staff especially Shantel. I walked in today and she immediately got to assisting me. She was so friendly and kind, and just such a breath of fresh air. Honestly I forgot how real customer service is supposed to be. I walked in stressed and walked out relaxed because of her positivity, and her voice is so soothing (lol). Pleasant experience for sure!

Quality customer service, one of the older ladies had messed up my set, but the manager was very kind and understanding and took the time to fix them. You can tell they really want you to leave happy.

I was looking for a particular product the company is called curls and they didnt have the shampoo or the conditioner..or the curls paste....great energy good customer service.. I got out of work and I didnt want to make four five stops so Sallys deals with hair care...so where is the curls ....its a hair care line that has edge control paste ...and conditioner etc etc and they had nothing there from the company call Curls... so that means I have to run to Walgreens... now Walgreens have it smh ...wow so why cant Sallys have it.... sad how Sallys dont even carry the hair line products by the company Curls .....again excellent customer service friendly greeting
