A few years ago I hated that store because it was so overpacked and claustrophobic. The current manager seems to have things under control and it presents much nicer.

Its better service its cleaner its warmer and they have now carriages at first they only had one carriage in the store ....now theyre up to 5 so much improvement I have to give a four-star cuz theyre trying B - for effort.... theyre still warm and friendly and like I said they have carriages which is much needed and Im glad that theyre getting things together everyone deserves a second chance so heres my 4-star rating

I personally think its a messy store. You can not walk through the store with a cart you will knock stuff over or run over stuff. All the carts are used up because of the employees using them for stock that needs to go out. They honestly need to hire more people so the place can get cleaned and stay clean and not expect one person to be able to take care of the entire store and stock and all that by themselves. Other than that I would have given a five star as the few employees they do have are very nice and respectful and always try to help.

Good place for small needs

Small store with a lot of products. Reasonably priced. Staff helpful. Narrow isles.

Paper goods are a great deal especially when you download the app sometimes a little cluttered with boxes but other than that its a great store I love it all, my husband loves the prices.

It could be much better...They really need to go thru & correct there prices in all areas of the store cause the price is always different when they scan it...The employees are iffy I personally like the staff from 2015😀

Finally decided to stop at Family Dollar here in Vernon after a long time of not going because the store was so dirty, touch stuff in the isles. Well today I had to make a comment that it was much cleaner and looking so much better. The young man Tryon was very courtious and helpful. New managment about time. Keep up the good work Tryon. Keep cleaning inside and out many people will return.

Aisles are always blocked with inventory to restock, to the point of it being a hazard.

Im not sure if they were in the middle of moving the isles around or not, but this place was very dirty...items laying all over the floor in the isles.
