Went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago with my teen daughter to purchase a violin. The customer service we received was top notch. We were treated so well and able to purchase a violin. I cant remember his name, but the employee answered all of our questions and helped us to pick out the right shoulder strap for our budget and experience level.He told us she could take violin lessons at the store on Wednesdays which was pretty cool and unexpected. My daughter signed up for a few lessons and had her first one with the instructor, Kaitlyn, yesterday. She loved the experience and said Kaitlyn was incredibly patient and helped her to feel at ease. I would highly recommend this store based on our customer service experience.

I had a dispute regarding an instrument repair. The tech did a great job with the repair, but there was a miscommunication with the store concerning the scope of work to be performed. Jed Weeks at corporate resolved the issue with speed and grace.

Small space but with limited music supply stores in the area its good to see places like this still up

The in-store representatives are great and nice. But I am very much disappointed with the customer service representative and the supervisors. All of them showed rude behavior. I signed up for 10 months contract and during Covid situation there was delay in returning the instrument to the store at the end of contract period. But Music and Arts still charged me for 2 months on higher cost. Way above my 10 months contract. When I called the customer service, they were very rude and not showing any flexibility and care for customers. I wanted to do business with them for the next school year. But with these behaviors I will NEVER do business with them. I could not find anything lower than 1 star rating...All they need is customers’ money... No care for customers... even in this COVID situations...

Although I have played the trumpet since the 5th grade, I havent purchased one for myself since 1971. My wife gave me the opportunity to purchase a new one for a birthday present. I approached a friend connected to Music & Arts who gave me her husbands email. Although I felt as though I was a novice purchaser, I was given the royal treatment as this first contact led to an introduction to the Retail District Manager and finally an introduction to Vernon store manager, Pete. The horns and types I wanted to try were all gathered to this store, I was given a practice/lesson room to try them out and feel I have made an excellent purchase. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire chain and very grateful to all involved!

Connor and the guitar teacher I spoke to were extremely helpful and friendly. Great customer service with my brand new Mandolin which I am looking forward to playing for many years to come!

I visited the store to purchase a a beginner instrument for my child. I had no idea how much they cost. After speaking with the stores manager, he informed me of their rental program, and everything needed to start playing. Everything went smooth. And I left with everything I needed. Went in with some questions about lessons and rentals. Ended up leaving Having rented a clarinet. The staff was very helpful, and answered every question. My son starts his lessons there next week!Thank you so much for all your help.

Ive been taking my kids to this store for lessons on and off for the past four years. We did my oldest daughters clarinet rental through them and well be using Music & Arts again when the other two start band. It took me over a year before I realized this wasnt a mom and pop store because the employees took such great care of us. The guys that work there have always been super friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended place for anyone trying to get their kids into music! Two thumbs up!

Wow such help staff. The employee by the name of Pete was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my questions pertaining to all things guitars. I highly recommend this place!!

This store is a good place to get music books for several instruments especially classical instruments that you cant find many stores for. I have a violin and go here occasionally to buy books for cool songs. :)
