Great prices. Be aware of what your buying. There are some tools that youre just better off paying a premium for. Icon brand is heavily underated. It outperforms many competitors at sometimes half the price. Warranty is amazing however, many tools will just be swapped out with very little question.

Just a place that has so so many items houseware/car care/Landscape items!! And items related too inside outside chores or fix it uppers!! Best bang for your buck with most tools. Decent quality and durability with most tools, and about 30 percent cheaper than the big guys.

I thought I lost my receipt and was told by the supervisor that I couldnt get store credit or anything without my receipt. I literally had just bought my items less than an hour and told them to just look on their tape. I was told they could not do it. Also the items were bought with my credit card.

I always use Harbor Freight for those hard to find items- see pictured 2 Watch Repair Kits for a very good price. If you have a special need, Harbor Freight is usually where you will find it. Lots of contractors such as myself shop here when we need a special tool and dont want to rent itfrom someplace else. I am speaking of power tools- if you use them once in a while they will do the job. But if you need glue sticks, air tools, washes, springs etc etc... Then give it go- When a man is left in Harbor Freight with money he will surely make a purchase. Peace #greggace

Was looking for a welding machine, and was interested in one they had online, called in 4 times every time put me on hold for more than 10 min. Horrible customer care.

Dont waste your money on extended warranties. Also they fail to tell you it is a one time deal.So if the wind, tree or.snow takes it out again you wasted your money. Bought two car ports and two warranties. Lost one last year due to wind and second one this week. You need to bring the entire ruined car port to the store. My husband and I are over 60. They will hold the door open or bring out a U-cart for me. Not help. Dont bother talking to anyone, they dont care.

If you are truck driver trying to deliver freight in a 53 trailer, it is safest to enter the alley behind the mall which is a right turn from CT-30/Kelly St. The alley does go all the way around the mall. You cant easily make a left turn into the mall from CT-83 unless you enter through an exit because of the curbs. Best to unload early in the morning when there are no cars in the parking lot. You can make a right turn into the mall entrance. The one-way sign into the unloading alley makes no sense because all of the docks go the other way.

Good deal on tools. They are not the highest quality. Home owner or weekend warriors. They do have just about everything. The marine trailer i ordered online was a great value. The battery chargers are also worth it.

Staff doesn’t know what there doing. After calling and verifying the sku number of an item they told me multiple were in stock. After driving all the way to the store they didn’t have any in stock. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen at this location.

Vernons Harbor Freight is a good store for that hardware you need without going to the big box stores. Its clean, well stocked and the staff are friendly.

Uhhhhh its an ok store. The staff is not the most welcoming and the selections are limited BUT the prices are good. If you need to pick up something quick this is your place. Unlike the giant box stores you will not get lost. Plus they always have sales just remember your coupon book❗❗❗😉

Get the hand tools, theyve been improving, but anything with a motor or pneumatic should be avoided. Store is in good shape and clean. Had a spat with a manager there that I had to escalate, but it was resolved by corporate. There is always coupons available, no need to pay full price, just look for the coupon apps.

Good deals on tools

Great for the odd tool needed in a jam and the price is excellent. Many items are very good quality and others you hope last for one project. I work on my own high end cars, Porsche and Land Rovers that would cost a fortune to buy special tools for. I can find what I need 9 times out of 10 to get the job done here.

Manager was able to assist me with a specific problem and was able to give me a replacement part quickly.

Good but not great. Generally most items are in the store. Shelves are not always stocked, and run out of items. Some things are not in the store at all. Access to the store isnt an issue. Well lit and nice atmosphere. Easy to see in the parking lot.

Went in to buy 24 aa, 24 aaa, 6c batteries, funnels, moving blanket for car in case of emergency, little magnetic holder for screws etc while repairing vehicle if needed. Check out a breeze $14.93 and a free emergency flashlight. Of course i used their coupons. Fantastic deal. Loads upon loads of tools, carts...all reasonably priced. . Helpful to the max staff. Try Harbor Freight you wont be disappointed.

Great place to get tools and much more. My only complaint is that its hit or miss with the quality of the products that you buy there. I have had a horrible experience with several of the Pittsburg brand ratchets. Many are simply junk and they fall apart very quickly.

Grown up Toy store. Dont be fooled by their ridiculously low prices. Most tools work great and can get any job done with no problem. Always a good place to visit when you are on a budget. Specially that wireless impact gun and led wireless folding light. Unbeatable prices!

Well, this used to be my favorite hardware store. Unfortunately, over the past year, its gone from a nice, relaxed place to buy tools to a carbon-copy of Kmart, complete with obnoxious scripts and credit card pushing. Even the coupons are lackluster in comparison to where they were a few years ago. I dont know whos trying to run the operation now, but they need to go back to their office and pretend to count beans.

I know its a discount tool store but its really unclean. The bathroom looks like one that you would find in a back alley somewhere. Stunk like urine. Really dirty. Paper towels were all over the ground. Aside from the bathroom the store just looks dated and worn down. On a positive note it is easy to find what you are looking for. The prices reflect the quality of the product you are looking for. I would not get a jack from there. They tend to wear out in less than a years time. The earthquake xt impact gun though has stood up from daily use and still going strong.

Best Harbor y in the state. Use to go in daily when I worked locally. Now Ill go out of my way to visit.

Its a good place but you cant buy everything there the basic stuff hand trucks zip-ties tarps stuff like that they did just start a returned fee so be careful if youre buying something but they do warn you when youre checking out anyway its a good additional resource for tools

This place has gone downhill to the point that I dread going there. Always a long line with one register open while the other employees wander around avoiding the customers. Average checkout time is 20 minutes! Never do they have what I need in stock, just an empty spot on the shelf and the free coupon items are never anywhere to be found. Im done with this store.

Great tool selection. The tools arent the best quality, but are usually sufficient if they are meant for occasional use. Also good for starter tools. Either way, you can hardly beat the prices.
