Its not what you think. Only aloud to have two cars. Pay for cats and dogs. Pay $489.00 each month for them to take care in winter spring summer and fall. Add that up for one year! That way too much money to pay for what they do!

I have a friend who lived here since 1983....Ive known her for 12 years this place is SAFE for 55+ And very well managed!! Its a clean place (grounds) are maintained & pretty much people know each other!! I would move there if there was a empty mobile home opened up too rent with option too buy!!!

Much space people keep yards tidy clean & upkeep is asked by all pulling together!! Also notice tight knit community means that its all look out for one and other!!!

Perfectly kept on a beautiful hilly terrain with homes spread apart nicely, not like other mobile home parks. Some units in bad condition.

Excellent concierge service.
