I was greeted when I pulled into the service department lane. Terry was very helpful and sent me a text message just in case I needed anything or had questions while I was there. The upgrades to the waiting room were nice too. I was very thankful they were able to investigate why the check engine light was on as well as change the oil and rotate the tires in one trip.

My experience was comfortable and confident. My service rep, Deb Stout, is professional, thorough, communicative, and reassuring. I was there for several hours which passed easily because I was constantly advised regarding the status and encountered many interactions with various staff personnel. Deb is an exemplary member of the Chrysler staff.

I was greeted by Ray at Vatland CDJR when I arrived at the dealership to look at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Ray was super friendly and knowledgeable about this new model of Jeep. I ended up buying the vehicle and my experience with the process could not have been better.

Great! Bruce came over and said hello and chatted for a bit about the antique jeep wagoneer that they just got in. Debbie said hello..Robyn originally said two hours and they had it done in an hour. Nancy served me tea and was extremely pleasant and dolled out fresh baked cookies..One thing I appreciated was when I pulled in, Robyn acknowledged that I was not happy last time which means they are taking the time to read reviews and share with staff!

I live and travel in my Ram Promaster 2500 full-time and my back door wouldnt open so I couldnt retrieve any items from the back. I popped by their shop and they immediately helped me - no questions asked - no complaining that I didnt have an appointment. They really understood my issue and situation and helped me out quickly. I went thru the Quick Lube Express line for an oil change and tire rotation. I had 1vehicle ahead of me. Robin the attendant took great care of me and my truck, keeping me informed when the work would be completed. It was very fast and efficient.iI was outta there in about 45 minutes. All work was done satisfactorily. I left a happy customer and will come back.

Duggan, my service associate, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very kind. I had mentioned that I wanted the car looked over as I had to drive back to Illinois because of death in the family. Duggan was emphatic and sympathetic mentioning his condolences more than once.

The service department was great and very accommodating. I was on vacation, 1,500 miles from home and ended up needing my brakes done. Duggan got me scheduled and helped me out by getting me a ride back to my hotel. Prior to going back to my hotel I hung out in the waiting area. The lobby was so comfortable, they have a bar with coffee, juices and fresh cookies. The receptionist was doing double duty as barista and she was very pleasant, checking to make sure all guests had anything they needed. My whole experience was the best I could hope for in a bad situation. Having to put out $$ for breaks while on a road trip is not fun but everyone at Vatland made the experience so much better.

They were fantastic - had a problem with my Jeep shifter. They obtained parts (in short supply) and called when the parts came in (less than one week). Made an appointment and they completed the repair while I waited in less time than promised. Very fair price, great service, what else could you ask for?

Was treated by service mgr with extreme professional courtesy .He made sure that I was aware what was being done with my car at all times. He explained my bill as well as what was needed to complete my repair. Make sure you keep this employee!

These folks are just rediculously friendly and the mechanics knowledgeable. Waiting area is more of a cafe then a bunch of chairs, tv, and vending machine. The Free pinball is a very nice touch!

Outstanding service at Vatland CDJR. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no waiting and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. The service techs were awesome and very efficient checking me in and checking me out. We are new to the Vero Beach area and I am glad to have a dealership like this so close.

Truly amazing service. They were able to fit my vehicle in for service and had it ready the same day. That was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. I am shocked at how well the service department operates. On time, responsive, helpful & friendly! No matter who you work with, they have all exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t take my time writing a review if this team wasn’t excellent.

Everything from the parts guy watching my dog while I was in the Ladies room to clear expectations being set as to how long my tire rotation and oil change would take. Also other folks who worked there were nice to my dog and one of the mgrs (maybe the owner) gave me info about local vets. One associate helped me to call the police to let them know that the traffic lights were out on route one. Every single person, including the coffee guy seemed to be on board with great customer service. I am in VB for 4 months a year and make sure to have one of my annual services at your place.

Debbie is the greatest, so nice and very professional! Our Town and Country was promised to be fixed and was complete on-time and ready when we arrived. The price is a premium but you get what you pay for.

I recently had an oil change performed using Vatlands Express Lane service. The check-in went smoothly and my vehicle was serviced promptly. My service advisor, Robyn, thoroughly explained the findings of their vehicle inspection. Got to enjoy freshly baked cookies and a glass of cold root beer to boot!
