Picture is deceiving. On-line looks good. Pick it up in store and fruit is wilted.

Do not attempt to order from google map found problems. Called store directly Amus took call for same day order and all was great.

Placed $250.00+ order for a Mothers Day family gathering and intended on surprising all the mothers attending. Although I have spent $5346.90 in the past 12 months with Edible Arrangements I was called by the store Manager claiming he was canceling my order the night before delivery due to staffing and inventory issues. I was incredibly let down with how the transaction was handled.

Placed an online order for delivery to a business with a no later than specific time. Called the day before to confirm and the employee stated they would absolutely do their best and they did. Great job!! Thank you will definitely use your service again

Called for my mom’s Birthday about 10:45 and before I could even track the order she had it. Mom was very happy with the arrangement and the price wasn’t bad.

I was excited to learn I was soon to receive an Edible Arrangement. The assortment of fruit was wonderful, but appeared to be thrown together, including the Driscoll box containing strawberries and the Publix plastic bag containing the unwashed grapes. There was NO attempt to impress with a visual effect.

The strawberries were the size of my palm. Very happy with my purchase..

Requested a last minute Valentine gift for chocolate covered strawberries for out of state delivery and it came on time and was beautiful and great tasting for my daughter. Wonderful online experience that I will repeat!

Since we are all on lockdown I sent the grandkids a beautiful arrangement with balloons. The delivery person went the extra mile as my kids were not home. He was able to leave it with a neighbor.The fruit was a big hit and made Easter special!

I ordered an arrangement for my folks for Christmas 2018 from the Vero Beach FL store. I called the next day to see if they had gotten it. They raved about the freshness of the fruit and how good the arrangement looked. There was a fairly good assortment of fruit and delivery was right on time. This turned out to be a excellent gift choice and I wouldn’t be afraid to do it again.

Service at THIS particular store is trash. Young lady at the counter is rude and very unhelpful. I ended up buying a different gift for my mom.

We have had two different gifts from Edible Arrangements. Both were wonderful and the delivery top notch. The fruit was very tasty and of the best quality, and the arrangements were beautiful. Highly recommend this business.

The customer service at the Vero Beach store (Amber) was awful. The young lady was not very helpful, unable (or perhaps, just unwilling) to answer questions or make suggestions, even mentioning we should just go on-line. We have received arrangements before, always very fresh and delicious, and we were looking forward to ordering an arrangement as a treat for a family member out-of-town. We were so disappointed in the service, concerned about our order being accurate, and not very hopeful in it even being delivered at time requested. Its a costly treat, worth it when it goes well, unsettling when it doesnt. We did contact the delivering store (Claremont, FL) to confirm our order and was very pleased with their attentiveness. They even called to re-direct their driver, ensuring our arrangement would be delivered on time. Great customer service is key!!

Ive been ordering edible arrangements for years and I just moved to Vero beach so its my first time trying this spot here .On Valentines Day I ordered chocolate covered strawberries.1st time : spoiled2nd time : sent regular chocolates to make upinstead of what I originally ordered . I got sick after trying a strawberry.3rd time: they remade another one and it was spoiled all the way through . Sad thing is the people are nice they just serve rotten strawberries .
