I went to look at furniture! The employee who helped me (didnt get his name sadly) was very kind and accommodating, thoroughly answering all my questions! The store was very well maintained and I would recommend it any time!

The store is very clean. It was not crowded when I shopped there on Sunday after church. It was a lot better than trying to find a handicapped parking place at Walmart!

They are awesome, my daughter wanted cheddar cheese balls. But all we found was white cheddar. But this young man went n found them for us. Much appreciated went above and beyond. Thank You

Incredibly slow checkout. Clerks are abrupt to the point of rude, not helpful and are uninformed about they do and do not have in stock. Wont be shopping there again until I see multiple good reviews.

I need to come here more often.Its like a mini K-Mart.They have as lawn and garden section and furniture. Theres tons of storage containers, housewares and appliances, furniture, arts and crafts and food items to fill your pantry.Most of the same brands as Target and WalMart but less crowded with better parking.I keep forgetting this place is here. Thumbs up!

The store associate Angel was AMAZING! LOVED him. He went above and beyond for me, however their 3rd party delivery service was AWFUL! The owner was very nice, but his workers just came in and threw my boxes in the room. Literally just THREW them in there. They put my chest behind my headboard, my boxspring behind my mattres and all my pieces were basically scattered all over the place. I am a woman and moving all those pieces alone since they were in the wrong order was not fun or easy. They are the only third party service I know that charges the price they do and dont set up your furniture. I should have asked that in the beginning and I wouldve saved alot of money just getting it myself. They also didnt have change so I had to tip them even though I didnt want to!

Was minding my business, talking near the section where there is a shelf filled with CDs and DVDs. I happened to look up whilst talking and saw a rat running. Never shopping in here again. This place is filled with rats. If you happen to still go here after this warning, dont get bit.

They would not honor my birthday savings without my cell phone. Attaching it to a on file phone number seems to be a better way to honor this deal.

Big with alot of items, watch out parents with kids, candy is the first thing you notice..

Clean and well recovered for a Big Lots. Need to work on pricing, though. The endcaps are full but its one thing to stock your endcaps. Doesnt work when you dont finish them off. When things arent priced it defeats the purpose of promoting those items.

The store is dirty......I needed to use the rest room .....5 toilets and all filthy.....backed up.....one had a gigantic bug in it...Ive never seen a bug this big with gigantic antlers....it was absolutely disgusting......an employee was im there and told me that they were having plumbing issues and waiting on a plumber....plumbing issues I underdtand..but filth is another .....it was do disgusting...I mean seriously all 5 toilets......... DISGUSTING..I wont shop there again...

Typical big lots, I went there for the oversized rawhide bone I got from them last christmas, and they didnt have it in stock. But its affordable its like a Super Dollar Store.

I enjoy going to the Vero Beach store. You never know what you will find. They have lots of name-brand grocery items for less money than the grocery store. All the staff I have dealt with are very friendly.

This big lots has made a real positive turn. It used to be dinghy, dirty, with stained furniture on the floor. Now the shelves are clean and dust free, the floors are clean and the furniture looks sparkling and new! Its still impossible to find an employee (outside of the very friendly cashier)...but other than that a very nice shopping experience!

My cashier was awesome! He signed me up for rewards and I saved alot!

How do you rate a Big Lots, its not easy. This is a typical Big Lots location with all the stuff you can get at most others. But I was looking for patio furniture, so I can say that the staff helping me was great. They helped with a coupon at checkout, brought the furniture outside and helped me load it. So the staff was great at an average Big lots.

Always find good buys

I love this place and it’s prices but they really need to improve the check out system. I feel sorry for the cashiers. It’s never really busy but it takes so long to check someone out that they get behind and not once have I seen a manager come help out at the registers.

Great selection on Christmas decor. They always have my favorite box of Smoked Salmon in for the holidays. No one else has it year after year. Only Big Lots carries it. At $10.00 a box its a steal of a deal.

Bought a mattress here while Christmas shopping. Very comfortable! Except DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE REMOVAL OF OLD MATTRESS OR SET UP. I WAS NOT ADVISED OF THIS. $65 to deliver the mattress and box spring. Wasnt happy!

This Big Lots is bright and clean. Ive gotten some good bargains here especially on my mattress and box spring. Its always fun to be surprised at which exotic foods they get in. Ive tried many good imported food products here which cost much less than at Publix or Fresh Market. They get things like canned stuffed grape leaves which are difficult to find. Their breads and freezer items make it convenient if you only need to make a quick trip to the store.

Ordered two nite tables. Supposed to be in within 2 weeks. Lets see!

I like their perks they have have for members, you get a coupon for $5 off of 15 each time you make 3 visits and it doesnt matter whether you spend $1.00 or or $20. Every purchase counts. They are always very friendly and helpful, I like this store, most things are a bargain some are a little more expensive than Walmart but for the most part just because of the friendliness, I shop here over other places. So sign up for their membership rewards. Enjoy the bargains.

Love big lots. Excellent prices on most everything. I absolutely love their clearance and open box (returned) items. I do find it quite funny when looking through the reason the open box items were returned. The product can be missing parts or other minor problems, which half price is great. But today for instance, there was a seasonal light up product that didnt light up and another seasonal light up product with broken wiring. They mark these severely damaged, occasionally inoperable the same as the rest of the mark downs. Capitalism at its best! Lol. Gotta give them an A for effort. Just be sure to read the descriptions on all of the open box items prior to purchase.

Not as many bargains as they used to have years ago. You can rarely find the deals they once had on name brand products. A lot of items look more like a generic replicas of them, but of course, not close to the quality.When Big Lots was located at SR60 / 43rd Ave, they were much bigger and better. Yes, the store always looked trashed there, but I would almost always find something I needed at a ridiculously low price. The newer SR60 location is much smaller, still kind of a mess, most popular brands are gone and hardly ever get anything there.Id say check for yourself and maybe you can find something, but for me it will not be what it once was.

Never been until today! Staff was friendly and helpful. Store had tons of stuff from home decor, candles and furniture to food, toiletries and holiday decorations. I definitely recommend it.

I like going here sometimes to check out the deals. Lots of unique snacks and drinks, and great discounted name brands. Some of the employees are a little... Grouchy, but everyone else is enthusiastic. Its worth a visit if youre on a budget.
