New place is nice and clean, shelves are usually well stocked with an abundance of merchandise not readily found in the area. Good for a variety of Asian cuisine including household goods.The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the young man and woman.Customer beware: the owner is untrustworthy and willing to lie in order to make a $2 sale. I guess it was partially mt fault since I could have looked it up but it was good since I learned a valuable lesson.Asked if they had red chili peppers. Usually do. Did not this time. Only green. I was not sure I liked green chili so I asked if they were the same. He assured me they were. I laughingly said well if they were not he would hear from me again. I did not realize that was prophetic. Long story shorter, the chili is not the same and to add insult to injury most of them were bad so I threw it out.

I like this place. I believe they moved from the plaza to the north. Less parking but plenty across the street. Astounding assortment of...Well most everything to stock, cook and eat your favorite foods. Learned today, they have sushi grade frozen fish, however need to smooth my sushi making skills before that investment. I generally use the duck sauce and ground hot chili in oil, which they have a choice of. Easy to miss, its just south of Staples on US 1.

Bought some vegetables, snacks, sauces here, also have frozen food for sale . the store is clean . Friendly service . Definitely be back .

Such variety....imagine erryting in one spot...the young men ask you if you need Help, explain what is what. Im new to this cuisine. Cuz this is the real deal this isnt some Chinese restaurant food everything is in there in pure form. Just waiting for you to put it together. They have quail eggs in cans and fresh eat quail eggs to a carton. Varieties of exotic mushrooms. And sweets and desserts and Indian food and I cant its a wonderland and the people that work there are on it are so helpful. Im trying to figure out seaweed because of the iodine and nutritional value in it and they know exactly what Im talking about and which seaweed I should buy. Absolutely wonderful place

This is a very clean and interesting store, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive been here several times and each time was a great experience where I was looking for items that I was somewhat unfamiliar with. The owner is a great man, who even went as far as to say he would try to help me get some items I was looking for that he didnt currently have in stock. Ive been here several times since they moved from the old location and I highly recommend this store.

This store has a huge selection of oriental foods including fresh items. They also have Asian cuisine dinner ware and cooking items. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which makes the visit very pleasant. Way to go New Star Asian Market you are the best around!

My wife and I are very happy to have an Asian market nearby. We are from NYC and used to dine or make Asian cuisine at least twice a week.The market is very tidy and clean with more than reasonable prices. My girlfriend loves this place. They just recently upsized to a bigger location (where they are currently) and I was amazing at their variety and organization. Everyone who works here is super friendly and they keep their establishment spotless. Definitely a local business that Id definitely recommend and continue going to.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this store! It has just about everything you need for Asian and Indian cooking. It is also very well organized. Additionally, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Now that I know its here I plan to expand my foray into Indian and Asian cooking without worrying about finding authentic ingredients!

Large selection of goods from spices, soups, seasonings and snacks.The biggest issue in this store however, is the cramped aisles. I am short & petite, yet I still found it very hard to look into the aisles comfortably while other customers were there. Only one person per aisle and items are very cramped together. I wish this store was bigger or organized a little better!

One stop for items from Eastern Mediterranean to Subcontinent to Japan. I am able to purchase sumac and green tea in one place. Nice selection of specialty veggies as well and at reasonable prices. The young man who runs the place is helpful and friendly. They have become my go to for many products that are otherwise unavailable locally.

Its the only Asian market in Vero that I could find. They do have a large selection of items I need for stir fries. Prices are good and the staff are very friendly and helpful and its nice they all wear a mask.

I gave it four stars only bc of it being so crowded; after that it is an excellent store with a large variety, not many fresh veggies the day i was there. i am now enjoying my thai coffee no milk or sugar needed very good. bought a 5 lb bag of 12 grain rice which i will use in most everything i cook. the young lady in charge most helpful. try it. oh i bought toilet paper there too

Very friendly place. Interesting food and ethnic things there. Great selection of rice, teas, frozen food, fresh basil, and kid snacks. They have everything to make sushi at home. We just made fresh spring rolls and bought 90% of it there. Only went to another store for the shrimp and mint ( they were out of it that day). If you like trying to make dishes at home from your favorite restaurant, this is the place to get it. Next up is going to be making Pho!!!!!!!

I was so happy to find this store in Vero Beach. It is small so I worried they wouldnt have what I needed, but was soon amazed and amused how much variety and products can fit in a small place. They had everything I needed.

Great selection all put into a fairly small space that gets a little awkward to move around in. Make sure to spend a little time in this store, though, as there are a lot of unique grocery items from all over Asia from India to Japan. The prices are great as well so its hard to wrack up a crazy bill.

If you are adventurous in your cooking, you will find many interesting options. I said good prices but an example - shiitake mushrooms. $7 for a small package at Publix; a large bag of dried? $3. I love the selection here; as it always shifts. I highly reccomend their selection of Ramune sodas, they have a lot of flavors. There are a lot of products in this market in particular that you wont really see anywhere else, and the flavors are all unique and wonderful. I love going here and picking out things Ive never tried before, and my exploration often brings home some really cool products that taste awesome. Not to mention, the cashiers are very friendly. Go here, if youre ever in town, and you want to try something new.

They have a varied selection, but nothing too impressive. They did not have what I was looking for, namely larger, at least 6oz.bottle of chili oil. They need to modify their aisle spacing or one of those carion attorneys who make money off of sueing over technical ADA infractions will shut them down. I cant believe people in this day and age will outfit a business without taking those regulations into account.
