Went into GNC for advice for Weight Loss/Muscle Gain Products, Etc... Very Happy with salesperson- Jason. He was very friendly and seemed like he was knowledgeable in all area’s of GNC Products. I will say that I really only went in there for a drink.I did pick up a “ZOA” Energy Drink (only available at GNC right now 6/2021) I’ve been watching - The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) social media about the drink, and knew I had to find it at GNC.😃😜

I went in today and met the owner while looking for some random supplement. Very impressive lady! She is smart and friendly store was clean and looked very organized. I was not looking forward to being surrounded by muscle milk and I was very happy with the selection and expertise. She even wanted to hear back from me on my purchase! Great business ☆☆☆☆☆(☆)

Gino is always very helpful. He really knows a lot about nutrition and supplementation. Its nice to know I have a consultant I can trust in Vero Beach. He doesnt push products just to sell supplements. He will suggest a product if you explain to him the results you are looking for. He helped recommend protein and supplements to my boys when they were trying to build muscle for sports as well as products for my wife and I just trying to be fit and healthy.

Gino is great! Listens to your needs, knows his products to make effective suggestions. Doesn’t try to sell you products you don’t need. If he doesn’t have what you need in stock he has it delivered within 2 days. You don’t find service like this much these days and that is what keeps my husband and I returning time after time! Gino, the owner is incredibly helpful. He never tries to upsell you with something that you dont need, he is clear and honest and well find the supplements that will help you best. I have been going to this GNC for several years now. I actually first met Gino when he worked at the GNC in the mall. We instantly clicked and hes helped me throughout the years. A lot of where I am at today knowledge and fitness wise was because of his expertise when I was just starting. He is very family oriented, charismatic, and all around incredible guy. He will try his hardest (and then some) to tailor make your experience to fit your needs. This is the GNC to go to.

Wish i could leave zero stars.. i never leave reviews however this was worth it. One of the employees whos in his mid 40s with a gut essentially told me what i should be doing in addition trying to shove products on me... told me i didnt know what i am talking about... unless you want to deal with an middle aged out of shape guy argue with you over what you need for supplements stay away.

I love this store! Gino and his wife truly care about people and their health. Gino doesnt sell his products; he tests them out, gets feedback, and educates his clients about them. Before you even make it to checkout, you will be absolutely certain if the product you are buying is the one that suits you and will work best to help you achieve your goal. Ive been a customer of this GNC for many years, in the most part due to Ginos excellent customer service. While out of town, I tried placing an order with GNC online and they were most uncooperative, informing me that a GNC Rewards Certificate was only good for 30 days after being placed in my wallet--even though I wasnt notified of this when doing so--and had expired two days earlier. I was told by them that it would be honored with a 30-day grace period in store for a purchase and I knew that if any one could pull it off, it would be Gino. After catching up with him the following week, he informed me that although he had never heard of this, that he would honor the $30 gift certificate (I had converted 900 points for this certificate!) and he did just that--keeping me as a satisfied customer! Not only that, his knowledge of his product is beyond reproach and I will go out of my way to shop at this GNC! Thanks again Gino!
