Had a guitar on layaway and tried to talk to the owner about getting my money back because of a financial situation i suddenly came upon. i had not taken the guitar out of the store at all, i put $75 down. Every other interaction Ive had with other workers was enjoyable, but i talked to someone new (who was not the owner) who was rude and condescending, and told me i would absolutely not be getting my money back despite another worker saying i should try and contact the owner. Me and my friends have been patrons at this store before with no issue, but i would not recommend this store to anyone solely on this interaction, and I will make sure that those in the Indian river and broward county music scene know not to shop here. I am Genuinely upset with how I was treated.

Nice selection, privately LOCAL owned AND NICE people work here who seem to really support and encourage music & musicians. No prejudiced or negative political vibes like at some places. I will definitely support this store when in town.

I came in looking for something fairly specific, but I wanted some guidance. I was immediately helped by somebody who totally got what I was looking for and helped me make an informed decision. It took no time and I felt confident Id made the right choice. Also, he put on a mask when I walked up to him which I appreciated.

The staff and management are very pand helpful. I was in shopping for patch cords and they sold me a multipak which was half as expensive.I like An honest deal.

Melody Music is a great store - a one-stop place that covers so many musical needs. I was in to get a wireless microphone, and the staff and Anthony were very patience with my questions and concerns. I bought something suitable to my budget and my application, and was able to put the system together without any problems. Great service! Everything is very well organized, and very clean. It is always a great place to visit, a great place to buy music.

Ive been affiliated with Melody Music since 1983. They have always provided excellent service with a friendly, caring attitude. If youre looking for an instrument to rent or buy, special music or sound systems Melody Music is the place. They have certainly help to build my business through referrals as a private in home piano instructor to date.

John helped us out with an some equipment for use with our computer to create videos for You Tube. I just want to say that he was extremely helpful with the purchase. he really knew about the products. Old time customer service. I wish there were more stores like this. Thank you:):)

It is time for Band Season to start at local schools. Please visit Melody Music for your student who is starting band. It is the best deal... You can rent to own to see if your student likes to play the particular instrument he or she starts out on. You will pay a monthly rent which goes toward the purchase price or if your student drops out of band you simply return the instrument. This store has been open for many years and is a reputable family owned business which services what it sells.

This is a store with music supplies. Some of their equipment works and some does not. If you are unlucky and the equipment you buy does not work, DO NOT expect any help whatsoever from the staff.I had been a customer for years, bought guitars, amps, straps, strings and literature. However on two occasions when the equipment they had sold me was faulty, I was treated with disrespect and told to take a walk.Music brings people together, Melody Music does not, youve been warned

I flew into town without a guitar. I just couldnt go 2 weeks without playing. John hooked me up with a super value that fit the practice guitar budget just right.

Great Customer Service, Went In to get a Special little man a New Guitar. They not only helped him pick the best fit, but also helped him with the AMP and all the fixings in setting it up. Great Staff over there. Would Hightly recommed this Small town Place over any big box stores.

All sales are final at this place, which is a turn off to start. Inflexible leadership and staff that doest know the products well enough to rate higher.

I was going there for a quote and they told me that if it was going to charge me before they would repair it i didnt say anything to them to charge me at all and they charged me a lot of money and they broke my instrument they dented it and I had to pay it so I will never go there ever again there customer service was so horrible
