Mike found me a great deal on a riding mower. Craftsman has never done me wrong!

My dishwasher was old and acting up. The salesman found me a closeout special model that was cheaper than anywhere else in town. They were able to get it installed same day for me. I had company coming over next day so that was great. The installer named Adam, I think, did a fantastic job. Really nice and helpful people.

Saw the tent and the guys cooking by the road, and stopped to check out the sale. Ended up ordering a Whirlpool French door fridge. The one I was looking at down the road was over $2000; this one is bigger and fingerprint resistant, and was only $1600. And theyre delivering for free! Will definitely shop here again when I need another appliance.

Im so glad our store isnt closing! Weve always done business with Sears, and always get the best service. Bill helped me pick out a new stove, and it looks great in my kitchen. The delivery guy Adam was just as pleasant and courteous as he could be. Ill probably need a new washing machine soon, and I know where Ill be shopping!

I took advantage of the Premier sale for 10% off some hand tools and got some free hot dogs while there. I also swapped out a Craftsman 1/2 ratchet that was over 30 years old and not working so good. They swapped it out with a new Craftsman 1/2 ratchet. That is pretty cool that these Craftsman tools still have a lifetime warranty that Sears honors with no hassle. Great place to shop!

Mike matched up my chainsaw chain with one they had in stock, found the drill I needed with two batteries in the box, a huge drill bit set for $30, and went out of his way to find another coupon for me. Everything I needed in one place. This is why I shop at Sears. Best service in town.

Had a great experience at the store. The salesman talked me into a “Sears Card” for my fridge purchase. I was hesitant at first because I don’t need another credit card but the Labor Day Sale was doing 18 months NO interest on their credit card. I got approved and don’t have to pay interest as long as I pay off fridge in the 18 month period. I could have chosen the 10% off instead but I think I’m better off with interest free option. Happy with deal.

Friendly salesman helped me get a lease on washing machine. So I had to bring a down payment and they draft out of my checking. I thought it would take a long time but only took about ten minutes to set up the lease. I did have to go home and get my debit card for them to verify account. All in all, it went pretty smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

I usually dont buy extended warranties, but these guys made a believer out of me, at least on my riding mower. Unlimited service AT HOME is SO worth it. The guys at the store are super helpful too!

I had been waiting two weeks for a washing machine I ordered from another store and it still hadnt shipped, so I canceled and came to Sears. Should have come there first. They ordered the same machine and will have it here Thursday! We always get the best service there. I dont know why I bother shopping around.

I want to give a big shout out to the installer Adam and his helper. They both did a great job installing several kitchen appliances in my house. We also had a downdraft stove that we had them replace and it was a really big job. The old one apparently was not ducted correctly and they showed me what was wrong with it and they fixed it. This explained why we were having issues removing all the smoke with our old Jenn Air that was about 25+ years old. Adam spent a lot of time fixing the duct work and we are so happy with new Kitchenaid stove. When we turn on the down draft feature it completely removes all the smoke now. We did not realize how good it should be until now. A big thanks to Sears and Adam.

Got our new washer and dryer delivered a few days ago, and my wife loves them. Hope they last another 20 years. Kenmore products have always been good for us.

Delivery guys were fantastic and did a great job on installing my grandmothers refrigerator. They really took their time and were very careful. She loves her new fridge!

We always get the best service at Sears. Nobody else could get a washer for us before Thanksgiving. Not only did Sears have one in stock, they were able to deliver it the same day!

Found a $1100 fridge discounted to $700 because of a bad water valve, which had been replaced. Perfect for my church. I stop in here at least once a week; no telling what good deals youll find, and you cant beat Kenmore and Craftsman.

I really was impressed with the store layout as I havent been there in a while. I was very happy that they could work delivery of a floor model stove to me on same day as my purchase. Delivery guys were first class!!

I looked all over town for bi-metal reciprocating saw blades for my saw-zaw. No luck anywhere in town so I gave Sears a try before giving up. Voila!! They had them and I just thought they only sold appliances and mowers. Really saved my fanny on a job I was trying to finish!! I will definitely give them first dibs when blade hunting.

I always get great service at our local Sears. Their sign is misleading; it should be changed to Sears Hometown if they arent part of regular Sears. Glad to know they arent closing, though! We have always had Sears products in our home, as did my parents.

I came from Edwards to buy a go kart for my nephews on Thanksgiving Day at Wmart. They did not have one that I liked so I went by Sears and the manager?? (I guess) happened to be in the store and I saw him through glass windows. He told me they were closed but he would open the store so I could buy the Black Widow go kart they had for sale outside. It took a little while for registers to open but he really helped me make some kids at my house very happy. I am very appreciative for that. I have shopped there before and will definitely be back.

Fridges for $450 apiece, stoves for $387, and they can deliver for free? Who else does that? Ill be getting everything for my rent houses from these guys. Sears rocks!

Got a great deal on a set of Craftsman tools for my son for Christmas. Glad to see some things dont change!

Fastening, loosening, tightening and starting screws were easier with the Craftsman 6-piece extreme grip diamond tip screwdriver set. The coated screwdrivers provided the best friction between screwdriver tips and fasteners, giving me a lot more gripping power than standard black oxide-finished tip screwdrivers. The diamond coated tips reduce slippage under heavy force, and even help me remove stripped screws!! You will throw your old screwdrivers away I promise after trying these out. The handles were max access style and my oily hands will not slip when using them. The tips are also magnetized and that is a must when working in tight spaces. I thought you couldnt improve a screwdriver but this truly a big improvement!

Still the best place to get Craftsman tools if you want easy exchanges. I just signed a slip and walked out with a new ratchet in less than 5 minutes!

I found an 311 piece tool set on clearance for under $120. I was surprised at the selection and prices they had. I will definitely check back more.

This is a small store. The employees are good people and are very knowledgeable of the products they sell.

Experienced, knowledgeable sales staff who go above and beyond to find a solution for their customers, even if it is not with Sears.
