Great service and nice people are good reasons to go to patriot.The fact that the owner is an American veteran hero who volunteers his spare time to helping other veterans is simply icing on the cake.This is the only place I go with my toys or to get new ones.You won’t be disappointed.

Don’t know if I use them again even when they were my go to dealer. A lot of room for improvement but …Just disappointed for now. Hope they get better because there very high quality people working at this location.

Patriot and their team of technicians and mechanics have always been great to work with. There’s not “it’ll take a week before i can even get to look at it like most dealers around the south.” They’ll take it in, diagnose and maybe have to wait on a part but its the fastest and best motorsport service i have seen. This includes most recently car dealers as well.Its always good to find good people in business and i highly recommend you try them out even if you have to drive a while.

This is a poorly run and managed dealer. I own a 2019 Polaris ranger purchased at this location. When purchased, the ranger had an unfastened battery and battery acid all over the frame. On several other occasions I had terrible service from them, the latest being today when I went to buy an oil change kit. They tried to sell me the wrong kit and when I pointed this out they told me they didn’t have a kit that was for my machine and they put together individual components to make a kit. The oil filter they gave me was incorrect and the oil was not rated for my ranger. I asked to see the manager and he acted like the staff was doing me a favor by serving me. When I said I would not be coming back his reply was “that’s good”. I am not a finicky customer. This is just a bad dealership with bad management. There is a much better place in Ridgeland, MS which I will use in future.

Bought a Ranger 1000 Crew from Patriot. Couldnt have been any happier with the experience. The owner, Allen Pugh, was great. Id highly recommend Patriot Motorsports.

I emailed 6 other Polaris dealers in the state asking for a quote on a Polaris ranger. I waited a week and Allen was the only dealer that replied to my request. I called and spoke with him on the phone and he was very knowledgeable about the machine and very helpful. What he and the other dealers did not know was that I did not want just one machine. I was interested in buying 3. He had only two in stock but he and his staff made calls to other dealers and found another one. I traveled to his store where I met Allen and his wife Andi and there staff. I was truly impressed with the store and how friendly everyone was. Do yourself a favor and dont buy until you call or visit Wide Open Motorsport . You wont be disappointed !

I purchase a 5010 tractor from here and the salesman didnt show me nothing about the tractor after 5 months i had take tractor back for warranty work in october here it is january 22 and it still not fix every time i go over there they are working on atv and not my tractor i recomend not to go here
