Called a month in advance to make sure they could work on my car because i couldn’t leave it there for a week. called a week ago and they told me to come in today. came in today and they said that they wouldn’t see me because i wasn’t able to leave my car there for multiple days. service manager was rude and told me i was being impossible. i understand being busy and i tried to accommodate for that. i don’t understand how this equates to being impossible to help. he really needs to watch how he speaks to people.

I will most likely never buy a car from Kirk Ford of Vicksburg ever again. Service manager is extremely rude, they have had my car for 3 weeks and he is telling me it will be another month before they will even start to look at it. I understand being busy but how you speak to someone goes a long way. This is my very first car purchase, I am very disappointed in the service I have received this past month. I am paying for something I can’t even drive.

A friend referred Charles Cooper at Kirk Brothers Ford in Vicksburg Mississippi, they had the vehicle I was interested in buying.I spoke with Charles over the phone, he was professional, warm and welcoming. He walked me through the steps towards purchasing the vehicle including the possible ETA as the vehicle was not yet physically at the dealership, it was inbound and due within the next few days. Charles introduced me, still over the phone, to Finance Manager Robert who was also professional warm and welcoming. After a couple of emails we agreed on a price and I placed a partial down payment to hold the vehicle.That same afternoon, Charles informs me that vehicle arrived at the dealership and inquired about when I would like to pick it up. We agreed on the following day and at that point, I was sent a credit application to beging the purchasing process, by another Finance Manager also called Robert. After the approval, I was sent the buyers agreement and all the documents that needed to signed electronically. The process took less than five minutes to go over all the documents and sign all electronically. The figures were exactly what we agreed on, and there was not back and forth trying to nickel and dime me. In fact there was no pressure at all during this entire process. Once everything was done, Charles and I agreed to meet at 9 AM the following day at the dealership, and Charles promised that everything will be prepared and ready to go as soon as we arrived. We had our daughters graduation that day and we really did not have time for a 3 to 4 hours wasted at a dealership including travel time, we live 45 minutes away from Vicksburg.We arrived at Kirk Brothers Ford of Vicksburg the following day at 9 AM sharp, the vehicle was right upfront, looking sharp and clean from all 4 corners inside and out. Charles met us outside and he was as professional, warm and welcoming as he was over the phone. He advised that everything was ready, and asked me to follow him inside to pay the second half of the down payment. Charles soon after introduced me to both Finance Managers, Robert and Robert who knew about our daughters highschool graduation and instructed Charles to give me a red bow to take back home to complete the surprise graduation gift. They both congratulated me on the graduation and the purchase and said that they were available anytime I needed anything. Charles handed me a copy of the pre-signed paperwork, the key and manual to the vehicle and walked me out. He sked if I needed any help with the vehicle set up and at 9:10 AM we were heading back home. Are you kidding me? Did this really happen??? Amazing!!!Charles followed up with a congratulatory text for our daughters graduation and thanked us again for our business.A few days later, I received an email from the Service Manager welcoming us the Kirk Brothers Ford of Vicksburg dealership and encouraged me to reach them for any service needs.I have already referred Charles and the dealership to anyone who has inquired about where I bought this vehicle, and I will continue doing so. I will also go back to Kirk Brothers Ford in Vicksburg for any of my future Does vehicles purchases. Other dealers should take notice of the vision of good that was my experience. The future of car buying is hear and at Kirk Brothers Ford in Vicksburg!!!

Please do not confuse Kirk Brothers Ford of Vicksburg with the previously owned Vicksburg Ford. Definitely a night and day difference in management and service. Nice to be able to finally shop local for a Ford.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called the service department to schedule a time for an oil change. I was told they didn’t have an oil tech and that I could come after 9:30 when the other techs came in. Upon arriving, the girl that works in the service department seemed to have an attitude like she didn’t want to be at work. I understand we all have days where we don’t want to be at work but there’s no reason to be rude to a customer. I can’t believe a dealership doesn’t have an oil tech.

I have nothing but good things to stay about Roderick Smith @ service department. After being turned away by 3 tire stores; NONE of them would even come out and look @ my tires. (Firestone, the tire place beside firestone and Miller’s Tire Store) Roderick didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to help me. (I started my journey from Hobbs NM and had death wobble when I got into MS). It was only myself, my 3.5 yr old son and 14 month old son. Roderick drove my truck to see what was going on, called around for tires, and drove me to CJ’s to get tires put on. Unfortunately, everything was closed, but Roderick still helped me by rotating my tires, test drove truck again and even called me 30 mins after I left to make sure I was ok. Roderick also called me this AM to make sure I made it to my husband in NC. The kindness he showed will never be forgotton. Thank you so much for being a kind human being. Pay it forward folks.

I was looking for an Expedition EL for about 6 months. I finally found the one I was looking for at Vicksburg Ford Lincoln. The gentleman there were so nice and patient with me and the entire process was smooth. This really important to me since this was the first time I was purchasing a car by myself. We bought our daughter’s first car at Vicksburg Ford. Before the sale, the salesman was very attentive. After the sale, though, we were very disappointed at the pitiful Customer Service. The salesman forgot some of the paperwork, and he promised to overnight it. He never followed through, and every time we tried to call him or text him, he ignored us. We felt this was terrible Customer Service on his part. It was funny he always answered our calls and texts immediately before the sale. Also, we were told that they changed the oil before we left, but when my husband checked it, it had not been changed. BUYER BEWARE!! Once you sign the paperwork and drive off, don’t expect any help. We would not recommend them to anyone. We took the Vicksburg Ford logo off of the car. We will not advertise for them.

I had to stop by the service department while traveling. Sam Landrum, the representative, was able to get my truck looked at right away. They were very busy but he was understanding of my situation. I was sold a vehicle with a bad engine and cant even get a call back. Asked to have oil light and exhaust smoke checked. They put an oil change sticker in the window as if they changed the oil but obviously didnt or attempted to and kept obvious issues a secret. Total scam and worst car buying experience of my life. Dont buy from this dealership rip offs purchase new Ford pickup sticker price $70,195 trust finance manager that everything was in order end up signing contract trusting that everything was in order. I was in a hurry to get to my vacation destination come to find out they stuck me with $71,695 call them to confront them about mistake he said it was too late. You Done signed paperwork. purchase pickup December 24th 2017. till this day I have not gotten my tags. Bottom line dont break down in Vicksburg on a holiday with no other means of transportation and go to this Crooks. its not so much the money but the principal of it.

The customer service sucks. I took my truck to them and was told what the problem was. They told me it would take 2 days to repair it. After checking around and got the same answer from others I took it back. They called and left me a msg and I spent the whole day calling them back and would either get hung up on or sent to voice mail. When I went back to grt my truck they had done no work on it. They said we wont work on if without your permission but I told them when I dropped if off to fix fhe problem and change fhe oil. Whaf I gof after 2 days was an estimate of whaf it would cost. I knew whaf it cosf since i tookmit to them to get the problem diagnosed. The service desk never seem to answer the phone and when they do I spend 20 mins on hold waiting. This is fhe 3rd time fheg have durned me. 3 stikes and they sre out. I will find somewhele else to go.

Terrible! I shouldnt give them one star! When you call the receptionist sounds ghetto and like she has an attitude. These people have had my car that I had towed in there last Wednesday. Its a new week and they still havent looked at my car. They havent diagnosed it, have done nothing and act as though they dont understand why I have an attitude. I want to check on the status of my veichle. No one has called me back as of yet and the dept. head told me that I dont need to keep calling. I wouldnt recommend Vicksburg Ford to anyone. They are not compassionate people, dont listen to your concerns on the phone and will keep your veichle for days as if you dont need it or need to know the status of your veichle without so much as a call. I will be looking to see who the branch manager is in Vicksburg MS because I am livid at them right about now!

When I went there Sylvester said he would get me riding? He claimed he a preacher but he is a hypocrite well got me in a 2006 Ford Fusion the total finance were 15,523 and kept telling us to bring this for income we gave all income information so I couldn’t get my tagged I had it for ten days. Well I stay in Monroe la hell the police don’t play care salesman say they try to help. They just for themselvesmake a commission and the car didn’t have warranty on it as is now he wouldn’t do his daughter like that. And the people in the office knew it wasn’t enough income.I guess they were going to keep saying that.So,they can collect few payments Then say you can’t keep the car he is not a good salesman then say if you give me 150 I got somebody who can make your income higher he’ll im giving you a down payment. I’m upset not happy but the best suggestions I don’t care how long it takes call around different places even some in a different state that’s not flooded or too far to see what they have and what can they do for you the. Go with the best choice. Make sure they give you warranty on some stuff if you have a question comment
