Hello, I thought I would be sharing a good review about this place. I had gave them some time time to resolve the problem, but no progress. During the date July 1st 2021, I had turn my car in for a tune up and oil change. The oil change went good, but no the tune up. The electrical throttle icon keep coming on. I brought the car back, but they couldnt find any issue. I had to drive the care out of state for work and it wasnt a smooth ride. I called the place this morning at 07:30 on the date of 7/12/2021. I had talked to the mechanical supervisor who seem white, but he was very unprofessional. He hang up the phone and my face and didnt say goodbye. I will be making an complaint to the Better Business Bureau very soon. I dont recommended this place and I dont know I didnt get good services due to race, color or ethnicity, but I wasnt treated fairly.

I do NOT recommend CJs! When I went in to have a fuel pump replaced, they took way too long, and overcharged me. My truck ran bad after that and when I went to do a tune-up, we noticed that the air filter assembly was loose, which wasnt before I took it to CJs.

Outstanding service! Got my truck in and out quick and found a reasonably priced tire for my needs. Will definitely be back

We ended up in Vicksburg, MS because of car trouble. The front desk manager at the hotel we stayed at referred us to CJs and they got us in right away. Donnie worked with me to get the car fixed and back on the road as quickly as possible. Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable and their prices were great. We highly recommend them!

I showed up early in the morning at the shop on Christmas Eve in need of a new tire... CJ warmly greeted me at the door and asked how he could help me(even though the shop wasnt open). Stressed about making it home for the holidays, CJ reassured me that he was going to fix the problem and Id make it home safely in time for Christmas. He made me a coffee, shared his donuts, and went on a wild goose chase to find a tire that fit my impossibly rare car tire type...What hospitality! I felt well take care of, he got the job done quick, and I felt confident the job was done right.Lesson learned: Dont get a flat tire in Mississippi while traveling cross country in a Prius, but if you do... Stop by and see CJ, hes the best in town!

Their actions have earned my loyalty as long as they remain conducting business as they currently are now!Having Great Customer Service is the absolute key to a business’s success in my opinion.Ive been to this business twice now and only a paying customer once. Each time they have focused on what was best for me and not necessarily what was best for them. While I was there for the 10-15 minutes while they finished up a tire rotation and pad replacement on my truck(since I dropped it off earlier in the day with them squeezing me in even though they were busy), I took the time I looked around and listened.Im not one to normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the showroom, the courteous and knowledgeable staff along with their overall communication with each of the 7+ customers they worked with during that time, that I feel obligated to ensure that others in and around Vicksburg know that there is a customer service oriented business that I will continually support due to my experiences there.Now everyone must understand with Great Service comes a price, in regards to this shop, it will be how busy they remain. I’ve found them to be extremely fair and straightforward and they will always do whatever they can to help you.
