I was in minor parking lot accident and individual referred me to Mr. Reynolds. At first, Mr. Reynolds seem a bit mean but once there is some dialogue established, that seem to be obsolete. He has a thing with morning appointments and it is best to be there EARLY, if you want your vehicle fixed within a day time-frame.He opted for an entire new door panel to avoid any further damage to my cars door, ordered the part and even painted it. So, he is okay with me. He tried to match my color to his best knowledge and it came out okay.

This shop is full of crooks. I paid them to do a repair to my sons car and they half did the work. They were supposed to change the timing belt and they did not replace the ceils on the motor. This is a standard part of the repair. Now the car has a horrible oil leak. And new issues that were not there before.
