Always friendly and helpful.

After two knee surgeries my daughter needed a specialty device to exercise her knee. Hometown Medical did not yet carry that so the owner sent his son to Jackson, to a competitor and got the device for me!!!! It helped my daughter recover quickly. I returned the device when finished and have been a loyal customer since. They also helped me with equipment for hip surgery and C Pap supplies. I count on them to take care of my needs and they have never let me down.

Poor customer service .

This place has the worst possible customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Please, do yourself a favor and find another-any other provider for yor needs.

David, Connie, and staff are all great. Theyre knowledgeable, super friendly and extremely helpful. They make sure you have the right equipment and know how to properly use it before you leave.

Very disappointed, went and received my supplies, even went back and bought a so clean cpap machine cleaner at the tune of $300 and recently found out that they have been debiting my account, and when I called, the lady tells me that all of that was explained to me in the beginning, sorry no it was not! and even if it was explained some for-warning of a debit would have been nice. They dont call you to see if you are doing ok, but they will call you when they are ready to take your money for more supplies! bad business practice, dont think I will be back
