They’ll steal your delivery items and your pickup orders will be delayed 98% of the time. many aisles aren’t labeled in the store and lots of things are haphazardly thrown on shelves. it’s worse than a dollar store so good luck.

I LOATHE THIS WALMART. If I can get what I need from anywhere else IM GOING. There is no customer service, no leadership, the staff doesn’t know where anything is, the information online is ALWAYS incorrect, there always a million carts in the parking lot, not a single person in ANY department will pick up a phone to answer customer questions, you can’t even get a Manager, and yesterday I waited over an hour for pickup after my items were already ready. If you can go to the one in Clinton we’re customer service is a priority and not an elective, GO. Or here’s a better one, just drive the extra miles and go to Target. Little pricey yes but i don’t mind paying for quality service.

Not sure whats going on with this store. any time I go there are never any carts available unless you go out in the parking lot and bring one in. also a lot of the shelves are empty. Speaking of carts, the cart return racks are so far out that most people just leave their carts in the parking spot next to them

Had what I was looking for. Looked like most things were stocked in the aisles I was in.

Went to the eye center my visit was quick professional and completely affordable. Definitely got me back to seeing good with this prescription

Half of the store looks like an episode of hoarders. Pallets staked all the way down isles of things that are not even in the area. This on a Saturday at 4:30pmMost of this was there Thursday around 8pm. After not being able to get to half of what I needed, and also being out of stock for weeks on usual items. I decided to check out with what I had and try again later, today actually. Only to get to there self checkouts at 9 with them all being closed down while there where customers needing to check out to send everyone who was not happy to the one checkout person.It truly seems this store wants to be closed by these actions of whoevers in charge over all. Dont misunderstand, it is not the regular employees, they are doing the job they are told to do. Whoevers over ordering and operating this store should definitely not be.

I have utilized the Walmart Pickup services at this location twice. The first pickup was thrown into our trunk by a young lady who Im sure does her best. At this time I was grateful to have gotten all the food we ordered. The second time we order over a hundred dollars worth of food. First of all we had to wait an extra hour due to how busy they were. But when that order finally came out, less than half the food on our order was there. It was disappointing. I hope communication between associates and customers gets better soon.

Walmart of Vicksburg, for the love of God, GET IT TOGETHER!!!! I have to shop here because it’s the cheapest. There are never carts, products I need, food I’m shopping for and there’s NEVER more than two actual cashiers. I have to use an actual cashier to utilize my child’s WIC benefits; therefore, I (along with 30 other people) have to wait in a mile long line EVERY SINGLE TIME. You’ve got entirely too many employees for this. Absurd!

Very clean, well organized, staff were incredibly nice. I am not a particular fan of Walmart, but this one was great!

I love going to Walmart to do shopping or just pick up a few things.

No buggies inside at either door when I arrived. Had to go back outside to the parking lot to retrieve one myself. My complaint to the closest rep was essentially dismissed. Couldnt get to CSM without waiting in line forever. Shelves are not well stocked. I left without several items on my list because they were not available. This has become a chronic problem at this store, but not at all stores. Management issue? Ill probably start shopping at Kroger.

Always find anything you need. And its sorta like the meeting for old friends and classmates. I love it!!

The store is just nasty the stock is so low that theres hardly any thing to buy. The cashier that was at the self checkout was talking to another cashier and I asked 3 times for her to come take off a item and she just kept talking so I just paid for it and went to the service desk and got my money back because it was scanning a different price than what was on the price label. The cashier at the service desk would not check the price for so I just got my money and will not be going back to that store 0708

Good prices. Excellent selection of craft items, grocery items and casual summer clothing.NEED MORE CASHIERS. Check out is slower than it ought to be, even self-check out had lines and very few machines that would take cash.

Great store as however I was told that the phones my wife and I ported over to were 5g compatible and after coming home and watching several videos on the Samsung A12 we received were actually only 4g Lte. I already have five 4g Lte/volte capable phones that have 2 to 3 times the storage capacity

Midnight run to walmart. Wish i had caught the older ladies name that was sorting merchandise in the different buggies. She was so friendly and patient with me. I like this location.

Absolutely love it. The two employees that brought our order out to the car were very friendly.I had a big order and only had a few substitutions. I will definitely use the pick up option again in the future.

Walmart needs to understand that not everyone has a card so they either need to bring cashiers back or fix their self checkouts to work properly..just saying

Yiu cant hardly find anybody who knows where anything is or thats not my department reply is given. Self checkout is a joke! The only way I deal with Walmart is by ordering my stuff on the app.

My opinion may not matter but thank you walmart employees for being there for your customers. I didnt go through a line with a person but we did go through self check and it was very fast and efficient.

What happened to all the cashiers? When I buy a large amount, I dont want to use the self checkout, but dont want to stand in line forever and a day to get to a cashier.

Its a Walmart with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Walmart never ceases to amaze me. Of course they have everything you could want and at good prices. My only negative complaint is that almost every non food stuff comes from China and the quality of some of it is not what you would hope for.

In the last two weeks I have came to Walmart to do a propane exchange the first time I stood out for 2hrs and 33 min and no one showed up so I got my money back and know I just left there again after standing in the hot sun for 1hr 13 min and again no one helped me so I got my money back again I can say for the worst service in your life then go to vicksburg Walmart you will love it

This Walmart is the typical experience. Hard to get help. So if you are coming here and do not know the layout of the merch, expect to be treated as an inconvenience more than a guest. Today I was looking for a Bassinet. I was having a hard time finding one . Then I saw an associate her name tag said her name was Tawanda . I noticed she was busy putting out some ladies shirts. I asked her did she mind helping me she said no maam . Tawanda not only found the Bassinet she even went so far as to put it in the Basket . I started shopping again looking for some men tank tops. Tawanda helped me once again and I bought several . I spent over $300 today and its all because of Tawanda Great Customer Service. Once again thank you Tawanda for a wonderful shopping experienceYou are truly a valuable asset to Walmart.

Went here for a low tire. Had to get a flat fixed. Very nice young man helped us. We were in and out in 30 mins. Most Walmarts take 2hrs or more.

I love the curbside pickup and online shopping options... But recieved the wrong product and I was not willing to go through the wait and hassel of returning it... But a combination of the ease and blunder yields a net of a positive review.

The staff was very friendly. And very helpful. And stopped doing what there were doing to assist you.

Most of the checkouts are SELF.The cashiers who are at registers are SLOW and work like they are in training.Not enough registers are ever open. I dont work there so why should I go through self check out!?The people on the floor are not knowledgeable of prices and most times arent even available. I asked for a price check and the young lady in beverages was rude and told me to go to another area.She had one of the price check scanners but did not attempt to scan the product. Every time I come here its always busy. Its always dirty and the staff is usually always rude. Not very helpful or friendly. && It seems like whatever Im looking for there always out of it. I really dislike this location.

This store has the worst customer service of any WalMart Ive ever entered. The inventory management is terrible and 18/24 employees were wearing their masks incorrectly, if at all.

On October 7,2020 i ordered an item that was supposed to be in the store for pickup when I got there it was the wrong item not what I was supposed to had I went to customer service and explained my problem that this is not what I wanted she called for service to help me the customer service employee was very nice I was in there so long I had paid for other items and was still waiting when the person got there and when to check he came back with another employee who tried to tell me what i ordered and the brand they bought me was not the brand they stated I had ordered the CVS person was very polite but that other employee made me want to go way way back it took a 3rd person to Kim to step in understand what I was trying to say and correct the problem I didnt get an ATTITUDE until that child thought she could flip me off employees need to know what their products are and where to find them if you need a job thats fine but remember some of us older people are old school

If I could give Vicksburg Walmart pick up 0 stars I would.. I was brought the wrong daipers and fine bc that was refunded to me but they took back the bath tub stoppers bc it wasnt the type I ordered and it says Ive picked them up when they have them somewhere in the back now.. I would like my $13 refund!! After 30 mins of waiting for 2 boxs of diapers and some bath tub stoppers that was supposed to already be ready and asking 2 different people where my order was.. and now all of this .. these people just arent dependable!!The last time I ordered pick up with food products I got things that were next day expired!! I mean really ppl!! Im trying to be nice but every time I do pick up my order is all messed up and no one will answer the phone!!

I can usually find what I need here. The employees I ask about stuff are normally nice. I did tell an employee about a spill with glass in it outside before I came in and when I left it was still there. Not very safe so I was a little irritated about that.

Friendliest Walmart that I have ever visited!

Store is nice. However, if you order pick up like I do, I would advice you to go inside yourself to check if the items they mark as sold out are actually sold out. It’s has happened to me twice that they marked something as sold out and when I park and I go inside it’s sitting there on the shelf.
