Ive always supported Office Max until now. I bought an Epson 7720 Printer in October. I finally got it hooked up and running in January. I was a caretaker for several people and could not stop and get it hooked up until January. I printed two documents and now the printer will not power on! I went to the store and they want me to exchange it and pay $180 more. I can send it back and possibly a refurbished printer! Im not happy at all. Ill be purchasing a new computer soon but hats off to BEST BUY!! BEST BUY has never failed in customer service!! I will not support and Ill let others know how rhe customer service is horrible.EMAILED THE REQUESTED INFORMATION

Store manager is really polite & helpful! He should train others in the store to be as polite. Store is clean & stocked well; however, ALL STAFF needs to move quicker. I mean pick up the pace! We do not have all day to spend in line because ALL WORKERS are moving slowly.

Well they beat out Walmart this time around. I needed a Stamp Pad. Simple item. I live 22 miles away. This store is the only one that had those stamp pads.

You can use the teacher EEF card there and it is no hassle at all! However, the discount for turning in ink cartridges might as well be discontinued because it is too complicated.

This place is fine. Its got a decent stock and the staff is pleasant. Nothing bad, nothing special.

I was told that office max had Samsung tablets for sale, I ride some miles and they had only one on display ugh

You may have to wait til a cashier finishes whatever they are doing on their cell phone before checking you out or assisting you with printing.

Self service copiers out of order, not enough staff on duty & willing to provide quality customer service.

There office services suck. I need a email printed and I sign it and scan it back and she can’t tell me how to do it.

Tragically bad customer service from the very few workers you can find. Little is in stock and has to be ordered in for you. Apparently the air conditioner doesnt work either. I will never return.
