Dr. Collins and his staff were both friendly and professional. Did not feel like I was being hurried and felt I was in good hands during the entire appointment. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Collins and the staff are always very attentive and take their time. I didnt feel like I was being rushed out. He took the time to explain how my progressive lenses worked and gave me a great solution for wearing my contacts again (which I had given up on).My daughter even tried out several contacts and she was given time to look for what she liked. Called to ask for help with something. Woman acted like she was annoyed I had called and that she had to answer the phone. I know this is typical Vicksburg customer service, but the people at the other clinic down the street were much more helpful and professional.
