I went to get tested for covid twice and still no test . The first time I went they claim the system was down and they did not know when it would be up . The girl in the pharmacy drive thru proceeds to tell me I have to come back she does not have my info . I’m like okay should I come back same time she claims she don’t know . Okay I come back few days later trying to do a test because I never got my first one . I waited over 20 mins get to the window she still don’t have my info . She tells me I have to go back around the line so she can get my paperwork together. Not saying the system isn’t acting up however don’t go to get a covid test .

I had a wonderful experience with the pharmacy at this particular Walgreens. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I want to personally thank the pharmacist Richard, for being so kind and helpful. He is amazing at his job and he really cares about the customers. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of! I work in customer service and I know that it is very rare to find some one that is willing to go that extra mile! It really did reflect in the great experience that I had! I highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy! Thanks again!
