Excellent store. Very tidy. Very clean. Excellent service. Everyone inside is very nice. I wish the parking lot was a bit larger. Thats honestly the only negative thing I can say about this place. Its wonderful except for the tiny parking lot.

Here doing some remodeling on the sushi and a few other things, Kroger is somewhat expensive but fresh food and a great selection and all the employees are helpful and pleasant

Nice store and it is kept clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the store pretty well stocked, too.

2 months ago this business would have gotten an easy 4 stars, but in the last month the store has become unorganized and worst of all they rely almost completely on self check out. No baggers are working anymore and they usually only have one or two cashiers. The management has a couple of helpful people but by and large when the store is slammed and no baggers they dont pitch in and help. Its not a good look when people are lined up in the aisles waiting to checkout and no one is around to help the overworked cashiers.

They allowed a PET TO BE IN A SHOPPING CART and didnt kick them out. danger to service dogs and people with allergies. also a health hazard. DOGS ARENT ALLOWED IN SHOPPING CARTS ANYWHERE EXCEPT PET FRIENDLY STORES and it wasnt trained at all. do better. 🙄

I went in today to grab some quick items I needed. I went first to the produce to grab carrots. I was looking for organic if they had them. They did but the leafy green part literately had mold growing on them! I picked it out and set it on a empty shelf hopping some staff would find it. I picked up another the same thing more mold. I gave up and started to smell a foul smell from that spot. I moved onto a few other items I was looking for in produce that would be common, they were all out of stock. I substituted for items to make due. After grabbing a few more things at check out I greeted the cashier with a, Hi, how are you. Blank stare. Food got bagged, Thank you, Maam Blank stare. To the person bagging, Thank you, have a good one. Blank stare. I walked out of that store for the last time. Never going back. Manager needs work on the store over all, but this may be a location issue.

My crawfish was nasty just everything was just nasty

I did my online order for pick up the day before. I never received a message that my order would not be ready when I got there. I was told when I called to check in that it wouldnt be ready and they didnt know when it would be and that they had called me. I cancelled that order and went to dollar general instead. I feel like this is very unprofessional and bad business on Krogers part. The person I talked to was not helpful at all.

I dont understand krogers delivery. It says that they are supposed to ask to approve to remeove or replace stuff but theres nothing, it just says that the bagger or whatever did it. And ive clicked the button where it says leave it at the door, but the lady has tried to come in twice and hand me the groceries. I ordered a lot of stuff that I needed and Ive only got back half if less than that! And she wasnt even wearing a mask! Yall gotta do better, I understand if stuff is out if stock but THAT much stuff? Aint no way.

Customer service is non existent. After many mistakes and bad customer service, Im quitting Kroger.

After a couple of nights ending up in dry counties or Louisiana on a Sunday, Kroger was a welcome outlet to purchase not just beer, but a fine beer from a large selection. Appreciate that, K. I had a soul and singular purpose for being there, but the place looked like a nice modern store with likely anything you’d need. But especially, the beer.

This Kroger is huge compared to a New England grocery! Lot of fresh vegetables, sushi, prepared foods, and an array of prepackaged and processed foods. The energy saving features they had in the frozen foods aisle were interesting to see. The staff were very nice too!Very convenient to numerous hotels in the area.

The ClickList operation at the Kroger Vicksburg store is not efficient and barely operates. Multiple times I have had to cancel my order because it either was not ready within the reserved time slot or excessive wait time, ( 30 to 60 minutes), to receive it. Management apparently doesnt care that it is broken. Spoke with manager during latest event. Manager advised that orders are picked randomly based on how fast they can get them to the customer and reserve times arent often utilized. Rated one star only because I couldnt rate it less. Consider doing your own shopping inside or utilize another store as the online service and pickup at this location is severely broken.Returned to Kroger to pickup order per earlier conversation with manager. The order was not correct, so I cancelled the order and again spoke with a manager who projected an attitude that she really didnt care. Needless to say there are other stores to shop at in Vicksburg, MS.Returned to Kroger on July 6th, Click List order. Ordered six bananas, received one overripe banana. Ordered and paid for two 88 oz All Laundry Detergent, received two 36 oz bottles. Arrived to pick up order and was only one there. Two other customers arrived after me. After waiting fifteen minutes, the first order out the door was to one of the customers that arrived after me, SMH. Guess I will do my own shopping from now own. Apparently Kroger could care less about customer service at this location and are more interested in getting your money, but not providing the product you pay for.Decided to try Click List again at the Kroger in Vicksburg today, July 15th. Placed my online order prior to 6:10 am and reserved a pickup time of 11 - 12 noon. Arrived at 10:53 am, called and told them I had arrived, was the only one there waiting, and was told it would be a few minutes. When online at 11:02 am and checked in online. Another vehicle arrived at approximately 11:05 am. You guessed, they got their order before me. After calling back to the Click List desk and asking to speak with a manager, my order was delivered. Never spoke to a manager because I was placed on hold. Kroger Vicksburg Click List is totally screwed up. Done with it!

Krogers is a Great grocery store! The employees are knowledgeable and pleasant; and the store is very clean. The variety of products on the shelves is helpful and with the addition of the fresh produce and meat departments, one stop shopping is truly an option!!! Thank you Kroger for All that you do!!!

Stolen Money Order that was signed by us and written to our Apartment Complex. Was brought to this store and cashed. Apparently Kroger’s refunded this Money order because they stated it was an Employee Refund. However it was written on and signed. Meaning they should have never been able to cash or refund this money order if their name wasn’t on this money order. They checked ID and wrote it on their but failed to make sure the Money Order wasn’t stolen. Something needs to happen to protect people money orders. Western Union is a pain in the butt and this happened in September 2017. We still are trying to get our refund. $830. For rent. Money doesn’t grow on trees. Someone needs to be liable.

Best thing for me. Pickup grocery was the best thing for older or baby boomers. We through with grocery shopping. Retirement is even better at Kroger’s. Young mothers if this was offered when I was grocery shopping back in the day no mommy Iwant this from my kids would’ve been a blessing. Take advantage of modern day working mothers. Pickup is the way!!

Very friendly employees and awesome products. The organic section is nice. They have a nice selection vegan and vegetarian products. Very clean and the meat department smells clean unlike some other stores where their meat department smells so horrible that you dont want to buy a thing from there at all.

Its a nice small market with quality items. Theyre a bit costly but I always say quality over quantity. It doesnt have the greatest variety of things. Ive been to a Kroger that was way bigger than that one. This one is a small but nice market to shop for all your every day and holiday needs.

Always a pleasure!!! And I can call the friendly and curtious clerks by name. They make it a pleasure to shop. I dont fool with the little clerks that dont want to be bothered. I LOVE Krogers meat.

This is one serious grocery store. Prices are a bit higher compared to you know who? Walmart! But! It gets much better if you sign up for their special members card. Then the prices drop into my pay grade. Tons of variety. I love it.

The store is open after the three tornadoes. The food did not spoil as the management was prepared with generators. The pharmacy is open and very knowledgeable and courteous.

Kroger a great place to shop but when it comes to medicine i dont know my friend went in got medicine and they didnt scan a medicine that wasnt hers was someone eles they need to be more care full werd that bottle she didnt scan but she did scan her medicine oh . its not safe they should give other people medicine to people mistakes they shouldnt make she did return it but thats not the point . when she showed me I was shocked just be care full check all your medicine be four you leave there

I buy cajun crab legs for my fiance at this deli, and she loves them almost as much as she loves me. If she is happy, I am happy!

Well stocked and organized. The only complaint is that there was trash on the floor by main entrance and restroom and that didnt seem to bother any employee. Check out was speedy on a Friday night.

Cheddar Cheese is 3 for $10.00. Paid at cash register. Actually paid $3.77 each. I pointed out error. Went to customer service where I was directed to wait until they opened to correct their error. Not happy!

Your staff was excellent I was actually using the bathroom and I saw a staff member washing her hands and I yelled out where were the black olives and she said I dont know but Ill go find out Ill be right back and she did! I wish I knew her name I would tell you who she was then I asked a cashier where something was she politely told me. But I will say this, I dont like Kroger contact in my phone it feels like an invasion of privacy I was recently robbed and he stoled everything from me my phone 15 years of pictures on it my social security card my drivers license etc so I do not like any company or person contacting me without me contacting them if I want to compliment your store I will Im very good at saying thank you and youre doing a good job and I do like the way youve rearranged it at least things seem to be in the same spot and its not as scattered as it used to be so it was a great experience but I dont like yall contacted me that feels like an invasion of privacy so dont do it that was the worst part of my experience and how yall got my phone number when I have to use my old phone number to get my credits because my phone number is changed and I hadnt changed it with your office creeps me out especially given the fact that I was held up at gunpoint how do yall have my new number thats unnerving to a person that has PTSD so dont invade my phone okay

The best place to shop for groceries in Vicksburg. Watch the sales, they beat even Walmart. Its a nice clean store, but hardly any of their motorized carts work so only four stars.

Appears management needs to step up THIER GAME!The one star is for the mess I ran into this evening trying to pick up a grocery order. I have been using this service since Kroger started offering it and until tonight it has always been spot on. I arrived at my allotted time, made my call and then sat for 45 minutes waiting for my groceries to come out. I gave up called back into the store to be told my order hadnt even been processed yet. It was placed at 10:00 a.m. to be ready between 5 and 6.....and it hadnt been processed? I asked them to cancel the order and left, I have a feeling I wasnt the only one doing this.This falls SQUARLY on the shoulders of management, not the employees who were trying to wrangle what looked like a major FUBAR is the process of filling orders and getting them to the customers.I felt BAD for the clerks having to work with the customers, it was obvious they were behind schedule and overwhelmed, so where was management?Get with the program and figure out where the problem was, dont leave the employees who have to deal with frustrated customers swinging in the wind!!

I LOVE our Kroger!!!! I love the variety that is offered, the sales, the accommodating staff, and the gas discount rewards. Several months ago the attitude of the cashiers was less than desirable. They were talking with each other as people checked out and seemed to care less whether or not a customer got taken care of. When management changed recently, I began to notice a difference in attitude and some different personnel. Now the entire experience is great. Thank you for giving Vicksburg this up-graded store. I love to shop at Krogers. Because you can find great deal. But I slipped on a piece of fruit I was looking around to see if I could tell someone that works there, so no one else would fall I stopped two people from stepping on the fruit. After I saw a lady come from the back I left the spot and with got her to come get it up . After I walked around the store to get what I have came to shop for. My left leg started to hurt. I went to the service dept and told her about my leg. They took my phone no. Never got a phone call from them. They did not care about me.

This Kroger is simar to all the other ones that I have been to. I am always able to find the things I am looking for and at good prices. The only thing I wish is if it was open 24/7 like a Walmart.

This old man working at Kroger In Vicksburg, MS whose name is Paul Carr is so ignorant and rude. We were buying 5 cases of Powerade and he said we aren’t selling that to you because I have the right to say no. He said that is way to many to buy because he thought it was for retail but it was for my siblings and me because we run track and swim. He was arguing with my mom and putting his hand out in her face to tell her to stop talking like he was a 5 year old girl. He said he would get a restraining order on my mom so she couldn’t come back and we were just trying to buy some Powerade. This old man was disrespectful and he just ruined my experience at Kroger.

We have shopped at a lot of Kroger stores across America and this is the worst one by far. Horribly dirty bathrooms that seemed like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Tons of clutter and full carts by the cash registers looks bad and makes getting around tricky. The rest of the store was dirty as well. None of the standards friendly. A customer service specialist turned her back on us and chatted with a friend while we leaned over the side of the bagging area to bag our own groceries. This store needs new management and I will be informing the corporate office.

Store was well stocked and very clean. You can also order your groceries online, drive up, and they will bring them out to your car.

This store is clean, always stocked, with plenty of cashiers to minimize long waits in checkout lines. Also has good weekly sales, gas discounts for shopping with them and a good place for a deli lunch 7 days a week.

REMODELING is atrocious, to say the least. The signs directing customers to where items are have been made out of poster paper and terrible unprofessional handwriting. The bright yellow signs are the tackiest things Ive ever seen. They look like cheap signs that are used for CLEARANCE at other stores. My prescriptions are several thousand $s and will be a chore to switch to another pharmacy. However if the craziness doesnt get better by Friday, 8/24, I will walk out of that store and never return. Employees are great, they are just victims of circumstance. Poor poor poor planning. It would have been smarter and not cost a penny more to have closed the store and complete the construction in less than week.
