I had a bad experience with this store. I contacted the 800 number and got the wrong store. When the person (I assume the manager) realized that it wasnt her store I didnt hear anything else. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and typically its fresh and you can take the flavor and ingredients. This time the food had a stench (smell) I am not crazy. I called and asked was it bad or did they do something different. They simply said No. I wont return. It seemed as if no one cared.

Nasty barbecue and food is overprice service good .but 6ribs 25dollors that ridiculous .never will be back.

Customer service by the young man was great..the young lady had a bad attitude as if she didnt want to be at work. We asked for our chips to go with the meal that we bought the she got an attitude about that then went to the back.then she came back to the counter asked for our receipt all hostile.Well never return back

Whew where do I begin! Thursday heading to Bible Class I stopped by Heavenly Ham to pickup food to eat before a 5pm meeting. I called in early so that I could zip in and out to be on time for my meeting(COMING FROM EDWARDS). The young lady on the register was HORRIBLE, she never acknowledged me, I asked about the food and 3 times she asked what was the order. She never said what the delay was when she came from the back. It was in the freezer the whole time waiting. THIS IS THE KICKER she gave it to and PROCEEDED TO WAIT ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER AS I STOOD THERE WAITING TO PAY. Two workers were sitting eating and watching the ENTIRE counter exchange. Finally one of the workers came and I paid for the food. NOT ONE PERSON APOLOGIZED for what took 20 MINUTES on a call in order. I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN! I would also like to offer this to the owners. I am very longsuffering but your counter help is awful!!! And I have been to this location many, many times and IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME.Michelle King, PastorBlessings

Seems to have most of the same things as Heavenly Ham did. I always get the paradise club. Its really good.

My first time eating there on 11/9/15 the place was very clean and neat something I love..the service was excellent and the food was delicious... My new place to eat...if u love sandwiches.. And fresh product of food this is the place to go...love love #heavelyham

We enjoyed the food . My husband had the classic roast beef sandwich and I had the ham and Turkey combo and pepper Jack cheese no bread and ham salad no bread we both had potato salad and split p.b. cookie and he had cake we also had soft drinks.
