Ordered over the phone and picked up order within 10 minutes of calling

Not impressed at all won’t be back.. went here 3 times past 3 days. First time asked to rent a wallpaper book a guy was there said he was new and didn’t even know they sold wall paper called the manager and got me the book he was the only good experience... second time I walk in there are three other customers in front of me to hear the only employee there telling the customers it’s my first day I have no idea what I’m doing so I leave was trying to order paper and get a different book... third time I send my wife by the lady tells her she don’t know what she is talking about that they don’t even sell wall paper she was just trying to return the book which she finally did after about thirty minutes... pathetic sherwin Williams I will not be back and I would have spent probably a couple thousand dollars with y’all

It was harbor freight i was at a new store open and it was a great experience! Clean, friendly and just a great experience. Ive been to sherwin Williams but its been awhile they where friendly but expensive not to take anything from the staff thats why a will give the mapping a 4 star.

Staff are either inattentive or non-existent.My wife and I said hello to the girl behind the counter when we entered. She disappeared and after fifteen minutes without seeing anyone, we took a few sample pamphlets, and left.Ridiculous.

I dont know his name but avoid the tall white guy(sorry I dont know his name) He has no customer service skills. The other guy is awesome (Ill have to get his name). Its so bad its almost like Id avoid coming in if hes to wait on me.

I went to this store twice....the first time was when I was getting ready to pick paint for a rental house. 1.I went to the store during store hours on a Saturday, but nobody was there...the lights were on but nobody appeared to be inside and the phone was not answered when called and there was no note on the door. I was almost to my car when a car drove up and the guy got out with his lunch and started walking towards the store. I asked if he was suppose to be working there and he said yes. I told him he needed to either put a note on the door if he was going to be gone for less than 15 mins. He opened the door and i went in and he preceded to take his lunch in the back. I guess he was going to eat, because he didnt come back to see if I needed any help. My husband was with me and he is in retail sales and he basically gave the young man a lesson in what he should do when he had a customer LOL I think he would rather not have had that stern lesson. LOL But he did finally answer some of my questions. The second time that I returned and did buy some paint, he was more helpful and did get my order done. Hopefully he learned a valuable lesson.
