I went to b&g on the recommendation of CJs tire to fix an exhaust issue; they put the car on the rack, diagnosed the issued, told us the cost and completed the work in a half hour at a very reasonable price.. so happy with the work and the service!

Got a set of duals at a great price, done in no time. Not my first time down there for something and not my last. Nice guys, highly recommend.

I went in to get my exhaust system worked on. I was quoted one price on the phone then the price almost doubled when I arrived at the shop. I dont know what caused that to happen! I was told it would take about an hour but I was there over 2 hours. The exhaust system they installed was louder than what Id expected. I ended up spending more money with another muffler and exhaust shop in Jackson for less than 1/4th of the price they charged me. Go figure! They seemed friendly and smiled the entire time (wonder why) but they need to improve on their business practices and prices. They can do the work though.

They do good business and very friendly. They have worked on my car several times and know one else will touch but B&G Automotive.
