I was very pleased with the service techs that came to repair my refrigerator. The defrost drain was clogged and frozen causing water to overflow into the bottom of the freezer side of the refrigerator. They were on time, polite and professional and fixed the problem. I will be using them again if needed!

They replaced part on refrigerator. Continued to have the same problem. Spent nearly $500. Part under warranty. But, another $60 mileage charge plus labor cost just to have them come back again and do a diagnostic check. Lesson learned. Not worth it. Im buying a new refrigerator. Refrigerator is 2 yrs old. They dont make them like they use to.

I was in need of a newer washer / dryer. I dropped in to Appliance Pro to support locally owned/operated small businesses. Their showroom was very clean & Dany promptly assisted me. She highly recommended the Speed Queen brand. However it was not in my budget to buy brand new units. Dany enlightened me that they also sell refurbished used units. They had a very nice Whirlpool washer but no dryers. She said they would have more dryers in a couple of days. I went ahead & purchased a pair. (3) days later Dany called to schedule my delivery & install. Shortly after, Joe called that he was on his way. Joe thoroughly impressed me w/ his manners & professionalism. He installed them in no time at all & showed me how to operate them. He even cleaned up his work area. I wish everyone enjoyed their job as much as Joe does!! Appliance Pro was great! They allowed me to schedule the appointment around my schedule. The tech was courteous and efficient. He had the dryer working in less than 1 hour.

Had an issue with my dishwasher, went in and inquired on the problem. A service tech pointed out the most likely problem, that I could fix it myself, and sent me on the way. Got home, followed his advice and in 10 minutes had it running again, no service call for a not so obvious easy fix. The honesty is something I can appreciate!

The owners are so thoughtful! I was running late on a Friday afternoon to pick up my new microwave. I called and told them I would be there a few minutes after they closed and they said come on. Havent been here recently but my son bought his appliances there and I will go there for a new washer and dryer soon. Mine are getting VERY old. Son says everyone is so nice there. My husband has purchased refrigerators and freezers there in the past.

I emailed Appliance Pro late Tues evening. I had a phone call the next day shortly after lunch and an appointment for the following day, Thurs between 1 & 2 pm in Cuero. Rudy was there by 1:20, and the washer was repaired and running in a short time. Great service, excellent response time & the technician, Rudy, was very efficient and personable. I would definitely recommend Appliance Pro and would use them again in the future.

Appliance Pro worked on our 20-year old Kenmore dryer today. They were up front on the phone with charges, were on-time, efficient and fixed our dryer completely! What a great local honest company!

Todd was a savior on our ice dispenser on our Whirlpool Refrigerator. Called early in the week, set an appointment for Friday morning. He was there at 7:30 ready to work. Tore the ice dispenser the rest of the way apart and had it back together and working in short order. The food the service was good but not near as good as other waffle Houses Ive been in

I have personally purchased a washer and dryer, two dishwashers and a garbage disposal from them. They are family owned and operated. Meaning my money goes to support their family and not a huge box store which means a lot to me. The service is top-notc. I have also used them for different repairs and service after the sale. They are quick to return calls and emails. They also accept Home Warranty plans. Will not buy appliances anywhere else.
