I agree with other reviewers, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve shopped at this store for years, ever since they were a husband and wife team at their tiny little shop on Laurent St. I love supporting small business, but honestly, the lack of customer service and uninviting, rude atmosphere, leaves me to buy everything on Amazon at better prices! Today, the girl behind the counter refused my purchase, all because I didn’t have a mask on…when I literally didn’t have one. I was told, “you can’t make a purchase without a mask.” I was in the store less than five minutes, I was the only person in the store, and I had about $40+ of product, ready to pay. Unfortunately, I’m already used to the rude little girl behind the counter, but I’m just amazed at the stupidity that someone refused money! This place definitely needs to revamp their employees. #mindblown

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. With Oh So Pretty Vinyl and Supplies being the only Vinyl store in town I would expect them to have great customer service. Unfortunately that is not the case. I have driven across town multiple times during my lunch break to buy some Vinyl and when I arrived (arriving at 11:15) the store was closed. This has happened on more than two occasions. No note stating why they are closed or if they are on lunch break. When the store is open I feel unbelievably unwelcome. The girls do not acknowledge customers, nor ask if the need any assistance. They stand around talking all day. I love to support local businesses but I’d rather buy from Amazon due to their lack of customer service.

Agreed, if I could leave 0 I would to. Customer service is terrible. I bought 20 transfers and only gave me 5 mask when I questioned her she had an attitude and told me I could purchase more for .99 each, because they were reusable up to 7 times. I explained how with previous experiences, it left a black mark on the vinyl of the shirt and said oh. It was terrible, needless to say not only did I buy 20 transfers I bought 10 mask.

Customer service could be better. They walk around with there nose in the air. Prices are good and product is nice. Was told that they would call me when their shipment came in but 2 days after it came I just went back. All I got was, we forgot.

My cousin owns this shop and I didnt even know it when I went to buy stuff. They were very kind and explained the different vinyls and how to use them.

Always a wonderful place to visit and buy all my craft supplies. Ashley and Chris always aim to please.

Very sweet people, incredibly completive vinyl prices, fun selection and they try to execute custom images for iron on. They even offer open access to their heat press in case you need it 😍
