Technician was very courteous. Explained the difference in the oils and was prompt to take care of the job.

Had two tires go bad on vacation. Was under warranty with Discount but they are closed on Sunday. We bought One tire (will be a spare after we get new ones under the warranty) and they were kind enough to check and mount the older spare that we had.

Very poor service!! Not honest in work at all!! No place to sit and wait! Automotive technician who was in charge was busy watching the other guys work and controlling how they check people in. He told me it was going to be 1hour before he could get someone to change my old rims to the new rims. When 2 hours past the only guy who was actually doing all the tire work finally got to my vehicle I ended up having to buy one new tire. I also had to remind the guy about the tire sensors and new rims dont come with stims because he was looking for them in the boxes. When I got ready to leave my house the next morning I noticed one of my tires was low in air the air was coming out from around the rims. Took it off and took it to Yantas ( where I should have went in the first place!!) Ended having to buy another new tire. Lucky that yantas had a good used one in my tire size. Two days later another tire that Walmart changed the rim on did the same thing. The air was coming out from around the rim again while I was driving. I had to quickly drive through town to get to Yantas because they were closer and now I know more honest and reliable than Walmart on Navarro. So this time I just replaced the last two tires at Yantas. So now Im driving around with 1 new Walmart tire which has a warranty and 3 other tires no warranty. Which is the only downside to yantas.Goodbye Walmart on Navarro!Yantas is the new Walmart for my tire and rims care. Warranty or no warranty Honesty and Quality is what matters!

Got the oil change done without issues. You can walk around and grab other things while you wait in your car. Floor vacuum and fluids check (plus wiper fluid fill) is complementary. They took a little longer this time, but not an unreasonable amount of time.

The wait was just to long for one tire being the third in line. (2 hours and 45 mins.) But on a good note, they do know their jobs well.

Went there at 930 in the morning there was one car in the bay and the guy told me it would be over an hour and a half before he would start on my car I asked why seeing as there is only one person there at the moment and he said because they’re about to go on break. I left and went to Midas they had 4 cars going and started on my car immediately, plus they’re cheaper.

They do good work I just wish it didnt take so long to do it.

This store turns down numerous customers on a regular basis and sends them to the other walmart. If you are told that they do no have the correct tools, they are short an employee, or they are already closed half an hour early DO NOT be surprised. Very poor work ethic and hope to see a change soon.

Walk up to an associate standing by the fence talking. There were three cars in the bay under the line sign and one outside. I’m told a 3 hour wait for an oil change. Saw three associates in the bay and they can’t do 4 oil changes in under 3 hours? Doesn’t make any sense. Bad customer service.

Waited for 20 minutes for them to tell us it was a 2 to 3 hour wait... 4 cars getting oil changed and it looked like only one elderly man by himself just walking around looking for something not even attending to the cars... Very poor. I would rate zero starts if possible.

It took over 2 hours do get the job done and my Tires were over inflated by 7 to 10PSI

Need to give a raise to Walmart Auto Care employees Department so people would want to work there only one person changing oil on vehicles and changing tires Walmart makes a lot of money needs to pay employees more
