While visiting in Victoria my car oil life came on and needed an oil change didn’t want to drive home with the light coming on. Went by there and was taken care of in a timely manner given good price and discount for first time customer. Highly recommend.

On such short notice, the guys helped me out despite there being 2-3 cars ahead of me in their bay. I was really in need of getting my brakes serviced badly, and had also neglected my routine oil change.. The guys were professional and straightforward, and I give them a lot of respect for staying over time to help me out in a pinch, when they could’ve respectfully declined being on such short notice (4:30pm when they close in an hour and a half).Didn’t catch each of their names, but nonetheless, thank you! Definitely will have my business in the future.

I would have to say this place has very professional staff and eager to help people but it is very scary to have your brake system completely redone and then when driving out my wheels are grinding. When brakes are done on a truck there is no room for innocent mistakes because that can be a life or death situation. So now I am sitting here loosing money from work while they are trying to fix there mistakes.

I have had my oil changed at this location in Victoria, Texas for the last two years and was promised that after three oil changes I would get a free one. They keep changing the rules and I have yet to have a free oil change after 2 years. You owe me 2 free oil changes. The only reason why I keep going back is because they keep promising me that “the next time you’ll get a free one“ and that has not happened. I was told today I’m supposed to talk to the manager, whoever that is, and he is never there. But now I have to have THE MANAGER to approve it. This is ridiculous. Honor what you advertise.

My first time using them and will be a future customer from now on never had a professional team like this take care of me and very timely manner and give you updates and go step by step I am so pleased and glad to have come here highly recommend. Thanks guys keep up the good work 💪!

Man. These guys at Brake Check work so hard. They have done an amazing job on my repairs. I recommend these technicians to everyone, however, I dont recommend the Corporate Brake Check. These guys are over worked, under paid, AND NOT TRAINED. The business model of Brake Check makes it the perfect place to take your car, BUT, they dont take care of their employees. Its because of this that I find it hard to support them. But hey, a $20 oil change? I may as well....

Juan was hands down the best manager Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with he showed me what my vehicles issue was and had it out in no time. I went to get an oil change today. It was supposed to be half off but I was charged full price. When I asked why they charged full price, I was told it was a glitch in the system?? You should tell your customers they will be charged full price before the services are done. The buy one get one half off is just a way to get customers to return.

Had these guys check my brakes, told me I needed front and rear brakes which was fine, told them I need to hold off a bit, put car back together but left my brake shoes lose. Luckily I had someone else check and replace brakes and for them before I had a bad day.

I had another wonderful experience at Brake Check today. It will be the only place I get my oil changed in Victoria. I am always greeted and treated with respect when I walk in the door. The lobby is clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and has your best interest in mind. They are truly here to help you with your needs. I recommend this establishment to all.

Very professional. Very detailed in diagnosis. The text message that allows you to select different options to fix or not and look at the estimate for each, is a very advanced technology.Only bad thing, had a 1pm appointment, but didn’t even start looking at car until close to 2pm. Didn’t get done with just replacing pads until 3pm. Typically a 30 minute replacement took 2 hours.

Took my boys car in for squeaky brakes. They provided pictures of the problems with an itemized estimate and provided breakdown of priority repairs to be done. Price was as expected for the type of repair needed. Juan was great to work with. Great service.

They were very helpful an they talked to you like they known you for a long time an that felt really good. Most places would be like ok your cars done bye, but they talked an told me what I needed done an what was wrong with my van. So think you guys.

So disappointing, I have neutral colored interior that now has black oil stains all over. Spoke with the assistant manager that had rude answers to my questions and hung up on me.. WOW

I went there to get my brakes done but when i left my car was still making a noise i called and told them he told me i had to drive 500-1000 miles then i wouldn’t hear it anymore. instead i drove to the one in Katy and they fixed the problem.

Waited over an hour for an oil change, after being told it would be a 15 min wait. finally during the oil change they bring out my filter saying I need a new one, I kindly deny... forward to the end of my oil change I get my car back with everything from the console on the floor & thrown around. Terrible service, do not recommend.

Way over priced. I wanted front brake pads that were advertised for $39.95. Before they were finished they wanted $675.00. I took my van somewhere else.

Went for alignment on my honda fit. Very professional and did a great alignment. They noticed other issues with my car that I didnt know. I later resolved it and it help to keep me from having issues. Will return when needed.

Brake Check of Victoria is very quick. When they say they are going to do something they do it. It’s always nice to see a friendly face when I go in there. Aaron is the general manager and he’s always courteous and he welcomes you once you come in that door.

This is the worst place to get your brakes fixed they didnt fix my brakes and charged 336 try driving car it went thru our car port no brakes I would not recommend them they dont care if a person dies from there mistakesdont use them.

I went in for a 4 wheel brake job on my 2007 Silverado, the tires were pulled off my truck and I was taken to see what they had found, everything was explained in detail, I was allowed to put my hands and eyes on the parts to verify the findings and recommendations of the technician. I needed diagnostics and work on my Subaru and Aaron and the crew was able to handle the task and then some. I really appreciate the explanation of what was found and how it will be fixed and the why’s. I have had experiences where mechanics talked to me like I was clueless and didn’t bother explaining issues just stating “you have problems and this how much it cost to fix”. So thank you Aaron for treating me like all your other clients. My repairs took sometime to complete, so I waited and was able to witness others being processed and I have to praise all the crew on their professionalism and their customer service even when what sounds like complaining from a customer regarding the time it was taking. Spent $80 on an oil change! The next day my oil light came on! When i checked the oil level, thete was barely oil !!! Very agry about it, i know that can ruin an engine!! I will never go thete again!!!!!

I decided to get my brakes replaced in Victoria, TX. They told me I needed new rotors as well as the brakes. I didnt have the money for that as well as the brakes (about $450). I paid for the brakes and labor (about $200). They test drove it and called it good enough. On my way home, I hear a knocking that got louder the faster I went. I drove about 30 miles going 55 to 75 (highway), hearing the knock. I finally called and they asked me to come in so they can see what the problem is. I took it to a closer mechanic and they told me the tire was loose because the lug nuts hadnt been tightened. Please double-check your tires when going to Brake Check on Navarro in Victoria, TX.

Staff is friendly, but not a lot of space to sit. A lot of people drop off their vehicles, so most of the time you have a spot. They do a good job and do it in a timely fashion.
