I havent been to this Sallys in many years and wow, has it changed! Years ago they carried every brand name you could think of and shelves were brimming with all sorts of interesting things!This was not the case today, unfortunately. Shelves were bare in many spots with merchandise in some places just haphazardly shelved. Very few name brands but lots of off brands I had never heard of. Lots of that Compare to.... kind of products.I went in looking for Redken 10 Spray Wax, a pretty commonly known product, I thought. When I the clerk offered assistance, I told her what I was looking for only to be told they didnt carry Redken. What??!!She was not familiar with the product and had to look it up on her phone. Even after looking it up, she offered a pomade and then a hairspray, neither of which were similar to what I was looking for. She was very nice though and was very engaged with the approximately 10 or 12 customers in the store and was definitely doing the best with what she had to work with.The one surprise and in my opinion, the hidden treasure of this store, was their selection of OPI nail polish! WOW!!! Until today, I had never seen an OPI offering as large as this! Tons of colors and add on type of products. So, if you are looking for more than just your average dozen bottle collection of OPI colors from HEB Plus, run straight to Sallys Beauty Supply!I would definitely return to this store based on their OPI selection alone!

Went to the store on sunday. The hours were clearly marked that they were open until 7. It was 5:30 and doors were locked. Employee was checking someone out and they just stared at me. Very irritated.

Let me just say most of the time they have what I need this time they had conditioner but not shampoo.. They have a sale 4 for $20.00. Which is an awesome deal but for them not to have the product! Just a shame

Never open.. even though it says they are.... no one ever answers the phone the several times we have tried.. we even drove all the way there and not a single person in store during the hours they say they are.... ended up taking our business elsewhere. Vic beauty supply has been extremely helpful

Customer service was awesome she helped me find what I needed very pleased.. Thanks to the young lady with yellow hair at the Sallys in Victoria Tx.. U rock

Horrible customer service. Went in right after they opened, they had boxes on the isle, they were covering what I was looking for. I didnt think nothing of it, I just move them to the side so I could compare products. One of the staff came to where I was and gave me a mean look. After I was done, she came to the isle and pushed the boxes where they had them. Then went to the other staff members and started talking about me. Im like hello Im just right here, I can hear you. No need to put up with that kind of service. The saddest thing is that I believe she was one of the supervisors, she was the bigger set girl in that location.
