We were looking to buy a new sofa and looked at several places. We decided to buy from here. He had more items in stock than any other place we looked and was very up front and honest with us. He let us know that if we were planning to order the wait time is much longer than “pre- pandemic” . While other stores told us it could be in within 6 weeks and then when I questioned how likely that was they then told me not often it’s been taking up to a year but they were informed to tell their customers that. 🤯 furniture warehouse is not a chain company they are a “small mom & pop” type business. Which is definitely what we appreciate. Their prices are literally unbeatable & they offer many types of financing. We will be doing business there again for sure

The furniture is real wood. You can look at catalogs to order what you want. The pictured set in showroom is pine and was on sale. I prefer a hardwood and that would have to be ordered. They prefer you order your furniture, so they have the display for others to see. They offered me an additional $100 off sale price to order.

We ordered a headboard for my sons bed online. It was ready for pick up about 1.5 weeks later. The sales staff was friendly and willing to help. They answered all of our questions. My husband put the headboard together. We did have to buy some nuts and bolts to bolt the bed frame to the headboard. Im so glad my husband is handy!

Chris is the man. Goes above and beyond to help, especially in these crazy covid times when shopping is awful. He gives you the truth and really helps you out!

Had a fantastic experience here. We went in looking for a particular set of bar stools. We didnt see exactly what we wanted, and Chris worked with us until he found us something even better than what we had in mind. Needed a mattress for my spare bedroomin my new home and so that my family can stay the night during the upcoming Thanksgiving holidays. Made a quick phone call, told them what I needed, they gave me the best deal I’ve heard all day after calling around to a few other local stores. They were able to deliver to my home with in the hour! I think it was the best customer service I’ve ever had!! They were so fast getting to my house to deliver the matress that I had not even had time to completely clear a space in the bedroom for the new bed, so he actually helped me pickup boxes and arrange them in another location of my house before he set up the bed! I was very impressed with the product, price, and customer service! They exceeded my expectations!!

Meh. Over priced for the quality. Salespeople didnt seem interested in helping customers. The store was congested and difficult to navigate. We wont be back.Note to owner: No, I am NOT an employee of one of your competitors. I am a stay at home mom if its any of your business. We were shopping for a bed for our tween son. We were taken out to the very back of the store and shown a pressboad, put it together yourself setup for $500. AFTER he moved other items off of it. It even had a broken door but the salesman said it was still $500. We found a similar bed at another store, same manufacturer, for almost half. No, I dont find your quality high end. It may have changed since we were in back in May, but the experience and the non-professionalism has kept us from returning. I hope YOU have a blessed day.

My husband and I have bought furniture from Furniture Warehouse Direct on several different occasions and have used them to furnish practically our entire house! We were new homeowners just starting out with no furniture when we started going there and they have provided excellent customer service each time. In addition to that, their furniture is very high quality! They already have low prices and those prices go much lower during their holiday sales. They carry lots of major brand names and keep their website up-to-date with inventory and prices. We had an issue once- a chest we ordered did not close properly due to a mechanism being installed crooked when it was manufactured- and they promptly took it back and ordered us a new one without any hassle! Christopher Stroop is the manager there and knows how to keep customers loyal. You really cant beat their customer service, both from him AND his employees! We recommend them to everyone in the market for new furniture!

Furniture Warehouse DirectMy wife and I walked in the store and first person to help us was the actual owner of the company. It seems to be a family owned company and it had the same furniture that you can get at Kaman’s and Ashleys furniture but for way cheaper. We were very impressed with the customer service and prices and would recommend shopping here before going anywhere else.

Chris is one of the best sales reps Ive encountered. My experience started on a phone call with him patiently answering all my questions and talking me through my order for about 20 minutes. We drove all the way from Corpus Christi, but in the long run the trip was worth it because they saved us alot of money to furnish our whole house. I compared prices from many furniture stores, including Ashleys, and his prices our definitely the best around.

Customer service here is great. Everyone i met was nice and freindly. My girlfreind and i have gone in here a couple of times and i must say there is nothing bad i can say about the place. They gave the best price in town and beat other peoples price by 30%. I have no idea what these other people are talking about, and to tell you the truth it sounds made up. If you dont believe me go to FWD and see for your self. i will not shop anywhere else for furniture again.
