I took an order there to get processed it was one deer, these people completely messed up my order did not process to meat the way I requested and sent me home with hamburger meat and chili meat. I called back and spoke to the owner very nice man at the time said he would replace the meat when he got some free deer meat from one of his ranches that gives them deer meat for free. A month later I call back up there to see what’s going on with my meat the lady there was very rude disrespectful and told me I was not gonna talk to the owner I was gonna to deal with her only she even asked me to bring the meat that they gave me the first time back it was a month old in my freezer and they’re going to resell it! Very unprofessional and they have no idea what customer service is!I would highly recommend going somewhere else!!!

We took a deer there to get processed and they Processed it completely different than what we gave them instructions to do. Then the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional when it was brought to her attention. I would not recommend this place to anyone customer service is terrible and their work is not very professional at all

I took a deer there to get processed and when I went to pick the deer up everything on the order was mixed up not not what I requested at the time of placing the order. When I brought it to the managements attention I felt like I was the bad person. They made promises to me they did not keep which was they would fix their mistake I was told by the management there than it was an accident one of the meat cutters just deboned my meat and made hamburger meat out of everything this is not what I requested. Eventually I got what I had ordered from the first place but I was the bad person for bringing this to their attention I would highly recommend not going there I would never give the people my business again they have a thing to learn about customer service

Terrible experience at this place the owner the manager all of them treat you as if you owe them. They made a terrible mistake processing my deer and they made me feel like it was my fault that they messed up when it was brought to their attention they had a very bad attitude and unprofessional customer service. I literally had to walk out of there because of the way I was being treated never again will I step foot in this place.

Nicest people ever! Prices are fair and reasonable. The best job from a butcher we have experienced. The whole process was easy from drop off to pick up.

This is the place for deer sausage if you dont want to take the time to do it yourself. Their service is fantastic and the final product is delicious. They take of their customers and do their best to get what you ask for right. Highly recommend using them!

Took a grass fed beef there. Terrible processing job. Dont know what questions they asked and what answers they got from my cattle experienced ranch hand, but most all cuts are bad. Half of sirloin, chops etc are waste. I cut up three sirloin steaks to make stir fry and had more waste than good. No ribeyes, no tenderoin. I asked what happen to them and they said its in chops. No. Its not. Ground beef was nasty.
