Shopped around for a place to do some upgrades to my son’s truck. Called and explained my lack experience with auto aftermarket audio etc to Logan. He was patient and walked me through the process. That got me convinced to make the hour drive to the store. Once there Justin met with my son and I to learn more about expectations both in sound and budget. Brought in a 2002 Ford Mustang I purchased for my son. The stock radio and original speakers sounded horrible, so they took a look and did a demo with a few decks and speakers. Ended up going with an Alpine stereo with Rockford speakers. Saleswoman was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. Checked on inventory and 2 hours later the tech had the car ready to go. He even spent a few minutes with my son explaining how the different features work. New system looks and sounds great! Thanks Hi-Pro Audio!

Very rude. Unprofessional. Will not be going there for service. Heres a tip. If a customer calls in and is friendly. If you want business, thats money coming in. Try to be at least polite if not friendly. I said, Hi how are you? To be friendly before I asked my questions. The guy just said, Ok very rudely. Like I was wasting his time. Ill just go with another company to replace my system. First impression of this company was a let down.

I took in my 1994 frod E-150 custom van to have a new radio,6 6×9 speakers and a custom 12 subwoofer box and everything sound so cool and my van was booming

Poor workmanship, broke pieces to my dash, and didnt do anything my husband asked them to do. They did not do anything in a timely manner either.
