Asked them to do one simple thing. Remove the program from my transmission an re install it. Instead they checked to see if the program was correct an since it was they did nothing but collect 150.00 from me and lie to my face an say since it was correct they couldnt do anything. Anyone that had been working on cars with computers or programmers knows you can easily remove an re install a tune. Didnt even have the courtesy to call me an tell me it was ready. 8am-2pm. For it to just sit there. Never will I take anything of mine there again
Update: after my 4th attempt to get the item, I stopped by today and the service agent gave the parts that the technician failed to install after recall service. While looking under my hood, I noticed a small clip was missing also. Today she gave me that part without me asking for it. The only thing I can figure is that they knew that the technician failed to replace that clip also.Had a recall service done on my car. The service technician failed to replace the bolts on my engine splash guard. I had called them and explained their error. Stephanie in the service dept. said come by and we will give you the bolts. I explained that it was a 70 mile round trip could they mail them? She said she would call me back. Never heard anything. So I called back and the receptionist said Stephanie told her that they were in the mail to me. I never got them So a week later I went to town and stopped by to pick them up. Stephanie insisted that she had mailed them and did not give me any bolts while I was there. What is the problem? Meanwhile, here I am with my engine splatter guard loose under my vehicle all due to complying with a recall notice.

Three times I tried to have them diagnose my car, first time they misdiagnosed my DEF fluid system, and twice they refused to diagnose why my turbo bearing failed. They refused my vehicle even though they were informed that Chevrolet Services was going to contact them about my issue. I ended up spending 50.00 having it towed to a Port Lavaca Dealership instead. This is the third time Ive dealt with them, and recieved nothing but trouble.

So i made an appointment on the website to get my truck serviced. one tire sensor out, window button not working, broken windshield. The radio was also going out and had been for a while. It takes a week to get it in. I then get an email identifying my advisor. I finally get to take it in. Only to be told that they dont do windshields. Why then send me an email with an advisor if they arent looking at what my problems are. But ok, i will work it. Then i get a call from my advisor saying they recommend cabin air filter be changed, air filter be changed also, plus now i have 2 tire sensors out now. But wait i dont have a cabin air filter. So did the technician actually check it or was this just a canned statement they use to get more money. Turns out also, that i needed along with the extra tire sensor, that the driver door handle was loose and had to be replaced. Another kicker, who know there is a core charge on the radio and they couldnt show me the parts that had to be replaced. How can i trust this dealer again.

Buying my car was the easiest, quickest, and greatest experience I have ever encountered. Ken Willis found exactly what I wanted. He took the time to explain all the new and wonderful gadgets and buttons. He helped set up Onstar. showed me how the projection screen worked and volunteered to help me set the trailer brake. Body shop doesnt care about anything or anybody. Was more concerned with their own personal phone calls than they were customers.
