Recently had an accident inside a car wash owned by Speedy Car wash in Austin Texas all of our information was taken but nothing has been done. We continue to reach out to corporate, but Brooke the claims manager has failed to return out calls. The car wash states they have the entire incident on tape, but will not release to the insurance company of the drivers whose fault it was. I will never take my vehicle here again. The customer service at the car wash in Austin, Texas on 51st and the service at the corporate office is a real piece of work. C.L. Thomas you should do better about hiring the people you employ.
