This is located inside the Victoria TX mall. A four star rating mostly because the cookies are so darn delicious, and their custom cookie cakes are always amazing. The pretzel bites and drinks are also really good...but they don’t always have their menu ready made.However. Please be aware that they are often short staffed. Or have their associates working in stressful or negative situations. Particularly on the pretzel maker side. They need more associates or to pay better so they can have a full staff. Or better conditions. That’s my opinion.

Went to get a cookie from this place a few weeks ago while on vacation from my family. I was completely appalled by the horrible service here. Cookies? Great. Atmosphere? Great. The workers? Horrible. I overheard them making racial comments about black people behind the desk as I waited for my cookie, which was extremely upsetting considering I have people of color in my family. The food was fine, but the attitude with these workers was awful. I cannot believe this happened.

Very rude service! On my sons birthday he decided he wanted a cookie cake, so we went to try to purchase the cake and they refused us. So we tried to purchase just random cookies and they completely ignored us and waited on every customer but us. It’s unreal that a company can treat someone like that. As much as we loved the great American cookie we will not be back. So sad!

Very good service. Not sure about the cookies though. Curiosity had me to try. They werent bad but wonder what they are like fresh since it was late in the evening when I tried. Can of soda is way overpriced at nearly $2. Yikes, Im not that thirsty.

The worse cookies I ever tasted. With price of $1.96 +tax for a single cookie, I was hoping to taste some heaven. Service as good as product.

Had Pretzels with bacon and cheese at Pretzelmaker in the Mall and they were cold inside, cheese was melted, and dough was raw. When I took them back I was told it was not raw it was due to the moisture. I tried to explain that it was raw and I was shut down. She stated that it was cooked and told the employees I was wrong in front of me but offered to make more. Negative attitude and uncalled behavior.
