Best I can do thus far. Dropped off mower for repair 3 weeks ago, now Victoria Farm has gone radio silent. No phone calls with updates and when we call them, no one answers the phone and the voice mailbox is full (Jennifer- you need to check your voicemail). Was thinking of purchasing a zero turn through them, but with this level of customer service, not so sure.

Real nice salesman taking a lot of time with us answered all our questions.

Had the part i needed, however they wanted 110.00 per hour to pull and reset the pully off the water pump. The also told me it would be a day or so to get it done. I drove 2.5 hrs to get here. Donna in service was not friendly.Take your chances
