Today there were signs all over garden area where Christmas decor is that said 50% off . Worded differently but basically the same. It did have the sale between Dec. 26- 31 in small print. They had blacked out same time frame that was in larger print. I had picked up a few items and even some balls for tree. At checkout counter nothing was ringing up 1/2 off. Cashier states it must not be on sale. She calls garden manager and then she said price that rings up is the price. Most people, me included, dont see the small print or cant see small print. If a store posts signs like that all over that dept I expect, as do most customers, to get 1/2 off. Cashier was courteous and tried to explain reason and I told her I understood reason, but......... Dont put signs like that up and have small print stating dates like That (looks like false advertising)

Bought mulch for $3.33. Two days later it went on sale. I went back to talk to Customer Service. I had no receipt. They found the receipt on their computer, reprinted it, and refunded the difference...they were 5 for $10.00. Patricia at Customer Service was nice, helpful, and fast. Home Depot is my home away from home. Thanks.

This department carries a large variety of plants and accessories for them. You will not be displeased.
