If you have to have everything on your list youre still better off going inside. Not saying that they always miss something. Out of the dozens of times Ive used this service, Id say there have been 3 times where some items were forgotten, but it was never just one item. Still, its a great and convenient service to use.

The service is a fantastic service and has helped out in so many ways especially when Im in a hurry and just cant go to the store Im so glad this service was invented for customers who are always on the go or just find it so much easier to order online

We absolutely loved our curbside service the girl was so sweet and all our groceries were fresh and well picked will do it again when I go back to Victoria

Use this service quite often now since covid hit it is so convenient to use it and I love HEB prices and the staff

My wife and I used their curbside pickup only a couple of times. The only negatives are pricing and substitutions. Prices are much higher than Walmart and no substitutions available.

Sometimes items are missing that were never substituted or unavaialable....needs to learn how to not put jug of milk or tea sideways and under other groceries, had to clean my car out the other day because of this mistake.Learn how to pack groceries neatly and correctly in people’s vehicles and grab the correct items and all items available. Y’all are supposte to be helping and it’s not that great !

I love it! Especially now since just experiencing cancer surgery. I still like to go in and shop around at times but after work Im tired & wanna go home. The employees that come to the car are always so friendly, also. I really appreciate the senior days. Im still working so cant pick up til after 5pm. Thanks for helping us find away thru this pandamic.

Excellent timing today! I parked in a pickup spot and I think maybe 2 minutes later, the order was in my vehicle. Nice friendly service too! Good job HEB+!

Sometimes they forget things and wait times are sometimes 30 minutes

After I arrived, it took about 20 minutes for the groceries to arrive to the car.

Very nice staff and easy to use app for grocery pick-up.

Even though we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order to be brought out the kid that delivered our groceries was very polite and very helpful.

There was a problem with our order. Then some confusion caused a little more discomfort. The supervisor stepped in and made everything RIGHT! We love the service and the people at HEB Curbside pickup!! Always nice and courteous. We free like they care about us.

I started deliver for favor but also do it for doordash favor does where the H-E-B curbside pickup in the ladies that come out of real nice to load the stuff up with the car now the non curbside stuff that I have to go shop for a letter the people that I do not know what Im looking for when I dont like some for my own self is a real hard list for example see the picture

I order on line and pick a time to pickup!! So simple, and keeps me with my health conditions to not have to get exposure to the COVID 19 VIRUS. I CALL INSIDE and just wait not long. I never leave my car, they unload it into my car and wearing a mask are always courteous!! Hooray HEB, ALWAYS THINKING OF OTHERS!!!!💥🎊🎉🤗

Curbside takes FOREVER I’m grateful they have it but need to work on being more organized Walmart is better and don’t charge a fee

Still awesome service 👍 and of course taking all the appropriate steps to ensure contactless service. If you have any changes, you might wait a bit longer wait on phone than B.C. but still A++ service all the way.

Ordered groceries curb side, wait was a tad longer than usual but hey, atleast we didnt have to get off.

Curbside pickup is perfect every time!!!!! Easy, fast, efficient & friendly service!!!!! Had my dog with me today & he was barking. When the young lady (wish I would have gotten her name!) delivered my groceries, she brought my dog some bacon treats!!!! AWESOME!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
