This HEB is well stocked and clean. Customer service is great. Some product limits are in place due to COVID but its helped maintain availability for all shoppers. They have a sushi center and also make tortillas/chips fresh in store. Unlike many other retailers their check out stations are adequate for the volume of daily shoppers. I recommend this HEB for your grocery and household product needs.

Love this store they have fresh seafood, fruit, veggies and a great meat section a beautiful floral shop to also make fresh tortillas and baked goods I like how they have a tortilla machine rite their in front so you can watch how their made

I love coming to H.E.B when I really need some sweet treats, they have the best cakes and bread as well. Their prices are always acceptable, the employees are always willing to help you find what youre looking for and they always have great attitudes.

Just wanted to put out a little info I love my Heb have no problems with them ..but I bought this fan yesterday husband put up last night . Came home after lunch from town smelled something that smelled like electrical fire it was the fan it was hot to touch and had stopped working ...fire hazard .

Just a quick in-and-out visit, but clean store and bathrooms. Looked nice inside, we only grabbed a few snacks and a bathroom break but no complaints!

Great service and the grocery pickup is my favorite. Having had neck replacement surgery, it allows me to shop without having to walk on the hard floor. I hope they keep this service for good because its a great help to people in my condition!💯👍

I have my shopping done at HEB for the prices are better on meat then WalMart.

Found a black worm in some ground beef my family bought from HEB on Rio Grande today, Dad found it, we were confused as to how it ended up there. Could you please inspect your beef supply.

I was more than happy when I was asked to throw a baby shower for my niece. Obsessed with owls, I was looking at all the bakers near me and I just could not get them to see my vision for the cake I wanted. Disappointed, and scared it was going to be an epic fail. Grocery shopping like normal, the my daughter picked up an individual slice of cake, was eating it, and told I had to take a bite. Mind you weve been taking cakes all over for a couple of weeks now. The cake was so super moist and the amount of sweetness was perfect, the icing was whipped cream not regular frosting but light and full of flavor. I went to the bakery and asked who baked the cake I bought earlier. I was told it was a man who was off that day but will be back tomorrow. So tomorrow here I come. I explained what I wanted, although I didnt get the 3D cake, I wanted, they did not have the pans to bake a 3D cake, he drew me a pic and added color and said he could create come thing like this. And was an amazing job and the results were loved by all. Including me as picky as I am. He made cake pops with the extra cake and charged me as if they were a part of the cake. Lovely. Thankful and amazing job. Recommend.

This time my trip...and thus my time was spent efficiently... Parking...albeit handicapped... Was ample...mask required... Carts undergoing sanitation...found the shelves well stocked...clean and floors waxed...sound track 80 to 90 rock and roll...pleasant atmosphere... Check out a breeze... No crazies...the peterman...

Easy to find the items I was shopping for. The only problem that I saw was the lady that was checking out in front of a man and myself that were in line was that she decided to cash in all the loose change she had kn different compartments of her purse. She should have been directed to the customer service area so she could take all the time in the world instead of keeping us waiting for her to find all that loose change. I dont need to stay inside a store longer than I need too.

Let me start by saying I love this heb but customer service from cashier Rebekah G was just down right awful today after she got confrontational with me for asking the bagger to get me another bag of sugar and she accidentally opened the bag and her fingers went inside. She had no place to talk the way she did to me especially trying to start something in front of my five yr old daughter. Uncalled for and should have no business being a cashier.

Very helpful partners and lower prices on many products compared to Plus across town. Lucky to score Lysol wipes and spray! Its been tough to find them during the pandemic. They still dont have curbside, but otherwise its all good.

Heb Has Always My Store For Shopping For Food And I Use There Pharmacy And The Only Thing I Dislike So Much Is That Loss Prevention Follows The Wrong People They Constantly Follow Me And Wife Every Move And Theres A Difference Between Shopping And Snooping And I Brought To The L.P. Supervisor Attention Many Times And His or Hers Response Is Oh We Dont Have L.P. In The Store Today And The People Follow Me And Other Customers We Will Leave The Store Before They Do And Unless They Parked There Basket Wil Assorted Items In Customer Service Dept And Leave And Come Back And Some Pay For There Items And Come Back And Follow Other People And I Told My Pastor About This And One Day Me And Him Came To Heb And Sure Enough L.P. Guy And Girl Followed Other Every Move And It Needs To Stop Please If Not Iam Going To Broadcast In To The News Attention And Record It With My Phone And Post It On My Youtube Channel So People Can Know That These People Are Out There Following The Wrong People Please Address This Issue and Concerns Thankyou Heb.

Pharmacy verry slow. They never have my prescriptions ready. I always have to wait at least 2 hours after I arrive at the store.

Good morning for seniors not many people this morning. Wish they had a designated time slot for seniors.Its so important to us.

All safety measures being taken, check out lines are a little hectic, but still and excellent store to shop.

Very clean and most of all, the employees were all wearing masks!! And pretty much everyone was obeying social distancing. I felt safe while shopping

Has a good selection from the other HEBs in the area and the staff are nice.

Busy at 6pm but still good experience. Parking lot has more than its share of idiots so I would suggest parking in the back unless you are one of them.

HEB is located near where I live with in walking distance & its cosmetics dept.employee is always so helpful.
