I walk in to the shop with a spring in my hand, and Carlos was there and before I could ask him what I needed he was able to tell me that the spring I needed was for a Marlin 60. That my friend is great customer service.

The prices on their firearms seems to be on par with the average price at the time, not a whole lot of selection, and half the stuff on the wall was just for display.

Great place, locally owned, family operated. A wide range of available weapons, ammo cases, accessories. They carry Black Rifle Coffee and Legend Colors. They also have a silencer machine so you can apply for your stamp in person on site. Highly recommended.

This was my first time to The Armory and it was great. I originally stopped to get some Black Rifle Coffee and ended up buying some more American Freedom.

This place was recommended by a buddy of mine that shops there regularly. I got great service by one of the staff people and a great deal on the gun I was looking for, by Jerry, the owner. I went back a few weeks later and was surprised that I was greeted on a first name basis. Really impressed by their knowledge of guns and ammo.

Took there LTC class very professional & helpful. Great group of folks made it a pleasant day. Highly recommended.

Customer service lacking, inventory was minimal.Staff person was more interested in what was on his phone than helping customers.

Went to the Regrand Opening they had after Hurricane Harvey and it was great, the place was packed when I walked in the door; I was given a ticket for a chance at 42 different door prizes, and a card for food a hot dog a bag of chips a cup cake from Andys Cakes and a cold drink, the food card was also for a drawing for a food giveaway. They also had all kinds of freeness if you werent there you missed out on a great time.

ON SATURDAY 04/20/2013 I was recommended by a friend to go there for ammunition, when i entered i said hello to a man ( heavy set, Caucasian, blondish hair ) on my right behind counter,he never replied back. i walked to the left following counter to get an idea of what they sold . i returned back to same man and asked for 9mm ammunition and before i could specify the type of 9mm he rudely said he doesnt have any, i asked do you stock it or and he interrupted me and said he doesnt have any. then to my left another man behind counter replied they were just out of it. now i realize 9mm is hard to come by, and i was there to get a price, if he didnt have it in stock or pre-pay for at least 500 rounds. ive never felt so un-welcomed in any retail establishment as i was there, i will make it my point to tell anyone who ever asks me where they shouldnt go, if there was a HORRIBLE service category i would say this is the place.
