I like the variety of different pet products here. I also like that they have more variety for harnesses and collars for large dogs. Sometimes its harder to find things for my dog because of her size, but I can always find something here!

I have been going to Pidder Padder Paws since they first opened, over 10 yrs ago now. The service and quality of pet supplies ranging from dry/wet for cats and dogs is top notch. Not only do they have the amazing pet food you want, also everything that you need to have a loving friend at home. One last thing Id like to say about the store is that you also get a little punch card. Who doesnt like savings!
We’ve been coming to Pidder Padder with our Greyhound since we moved to Watertown in 2019. They have amazing people working there, a large selection of American made products. And our favorite is the large amount of treats you can buy. We fill up our treat jar with dog sausages, liver treats, dog bagels and peanut butter crunchies! Highly recommend for pet people, or for gifts for pet people!

The only place near Watertown that you can get reptile feeders. Granted they are the prepack ones, but theyre pretty good at marking down the older packages that may have dead ones. Staff is helpful and kind. Definitely a convenience for me. Would be 5 star if they carried bulk feeders!
The gals have been very helpful trying to find a cat food my picky cat will eat love the friendly atmosphere!!!!

It’s a great store but the new location is terrible, and they close so early (6 or 4pm depending on the day) that it’s practically impossible to ever get there when you have a normal job

The owner and staff are very helpful. They have everything you need for you pets. They also have people come in for demos to learn different things about your pets. Today they had people in teaching about using oils on your animals.
Its hard to spot this place if new to the city and driving by yourself but once there youre apt to find something for your furry friend.They concentrate on cat and dog needs.Their goods are pricey as expected which is easily compensated for online BUT sometimes a friendly face or chat while a quick chewy need from the buffet of such treats, is just the thing for the immediate need.Their reward card is lofty and I doubt Ill fill it any time soon.I understand the work that goes into keeping aquariumsbut I had hoped to at least find some beta supplies including food. No such luck.My picky pooch liked the chewy treats and the shampoo I got is worth the 10 bucks.

Pidder Padder Paws is a beautiful well stocked store. Id like to add that it is also a boutique where you can browse all types of gift items including artisan leather purses with pets on them, wood water dishes, cards, wool cat hideouts, candles, stuffed animals, you name it. The store smells good and has a cabin feel with wood floors. This is NOT your antiseptic petco. This place has the personal touch. Painted windows.All the basics plus all kinds of specialty items. The staff is awesome and so helpful. Love this place.
Excellent staff, great products, large variety.The staff ordered Orijins for puppies (because it was either special order only, out of stock, or something else) for me and my little pug loves it. I’ve gone back and it is still in stock! Very nice not to have to worry about where I’m going to find his food.They also have an amazing selection rawhide, bones, antlers, etc. Very fresh and last a long time. They also carry specialty feeding dishes that have really helped my puppy (he eats way too fast). If you are looking for a doggy birthday cake, they have great ones there too! All the prices are great.I love going there and will continue!

Great people, always friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive and better than a lot of the bigger companies. Products are great, we get there bones for our dogs. Never found bones with marrow like theirs. Carry many grain free products as well.

Lisa and her family at Pidder Padder Paws have nearly everything you could want in your local store more than competitive with the large chains and if they might not stock a particular item or food, then they will do their best to get it.Lisa is friendly, knowledgeable, approachable making it easy to trust and rely on her recommendations. They also stock a number of items which are Green and otherwise environmentally friendly while also relying on Locally Sourced products you can easily trust and have confidence in.This may read as a commercial or other compensated review but, I assure you it is not. I believe when you find someplace this good there is a responsibility to let others in on the secret. And when it comes to our family companions well, it is a duty to let others know of a place they can trust!

The only positive thing I have to say about this store is that they have a huge selection of dog treats (& my dogs love them). Oh and their customer service is decent. They are insanely over priced on almost everything. (ie. Have you seen the heat bulb prices?!) We bought a bottle of cat repellent type spray (to keep them from scratching stuff). The bottle sprayed fine day 1, but never worked again (see attached video). We also picked up a box of crickets for our lizards and over half of them were dead. Pidder Padder doesn’t seem to care about anything but cats/dogs when it comes to their product selection and price. I was hoping this store would improve when they switched locations, but it was only wishful thinking. I’ll stick to LC Pets in Hartland or Hooves and Paws in Oconomowoc. Totally worth the drive.

This pet store has come a long way. The new store is amazing and has so much to look at. Definately would reccomend this place for a small town pet store. Some things can be pricy but overall its not too bad if you know what you are looking for.
