Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Even with shortages due to Covid they helped me get the metal roofing I needed to complete a project.

My husband picked up a $300 order this morning; drove 25 miles home; and found out it was marked incorrectly. So he went all the back to town, and Metal Mart was not willing to issue a credit of any kind to compensate for the extra gas and headache! Poor customer service! We will be going elsewhere.

Explained the products, presented me with options. Gave me a timeline for set up and delivery. Also set me up with a contractor to install my custom metal roofing! Thanks guys!

Good service, the new guy at the trim shop got my custom flashing done on the spot, while the guys in the warehouse cut my perlin to length. Great pricing!!

Ordered roofing, they said they would call when it came in, THEY DIDNT. Wanted to pick up on Saturday, website says it is open till noon. They close at 11. When asked about the hours, they said they close at noon so they dont have to stay late. Roofers were supposed to start Monday, since they didnt call or stay open till noon cant do the roof. Screws everyones schedule.
