I came in for a balloon bundle for my sister’s 17th birthday. I was able to get help right away and the ladies working were very nice, quick and efficient. My sister loved her balloons. Thank you!

Amazing customer especially since this was Happy Halloweekend. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by an ever so friendly and helpful greeter who can answer questions and give guidance to items available on the shelves. We needed balloons inflated and Party City has a whole balloons services department which was definitely above par. The offered standard helium gas which last upto approximately 6 hours and for an extra fee they provide a balloon booster which extends the balloon inflation upto approximately 10 hours as well as an assortment of colorful ribbon and weights to help secure your order from flying away out of your hands.Although the store was busy, Party City was fully staff which alleviated long lines. Once we paid for the balloon inflation services, It took less than 5 minutes to complete the order. Before you walk outside, wrap those balloons tightly around hand and hold on tight to secure delivery to their destination. Take it from my experience. On a windy, one still got away. Count it all joy!

The workers here have been trying really hard to get us our balloon order! On this over 100 degree day too!! We really appreciate your effort. It is a family members first birthday and this is only making it feel more special.

I drove an hour & a half to come here to get balloons for my husband’s birthday yesterday & needed them for today. I was told the balloons would stay floating for 6-8 days. Needless to say, that was a lie because I check them this morning, only about 20 hours later and none of them were floating anymore! Such a huge waste of time & money! Ridiculous.

Not worth trying to order online and pick up. According to the store they are too understaffed to actually fulfill the orders. Quote, if its not on the shelves we arent looking in the back for it. Not organized at all to say they will do same day orders. Either hire more people just for the online orders or dont put online that you have certain items in stock.

Love this store. Wish they had more pirate items though. Pirate parties are year round. Customer service is great, very friendly and accommodating

Just went in to this Part City to get some graduation balloons for my daughter’s graduation party. This pretty lady named Adelita was very friendly, professional and had excellent customer service. Don’t waste your time going here. I went here and the employees are super rude they didn’t know what they were doing. You would ask a question and it would take forever just to get it answered like if they have no experience. They make you get a weight for the balloons but want to charge you more than they should just so they can get money. The ballon popped walking out the door went back in an just got my money back a balloon should last at least three days but I didn’t want to have problems. Employee was very rude she rolled her eyes and even made noises as I was walking out the store very unprofessional people here.

Got some decorations for my daughters 16th Birthday and it was so cute...especially during this shut down its nice to still be able to make her feel special with party citys help :) Only thing that sucked was i ordered and paid online for pickup and they didnt have pickup open so had to wait in line for 20mins to pick up my order.

Everyone was very welcoming and polite. My balloon bouquet I had ordered was perfect! I called an hour before my scheduled time to see if I could pick them up early and they gladly obliged. I will be coming here for all celebration/party needs.

Store was clean and well stocked. Found everything I was looking for. They needed more than one cashier, however. The one that was there had her hands full with doing balloons, checking out customers and doing an exchange.

Very busy ... waited 15 minutes for them to blow up 8 balloons only to have most of the balloons lose their helium 6 hours later as our party was ending.....but by morning they were all on the floor. Didnt last long!

I went into the store because I wanted to get some balloons for a birthday party I was having and a worker named Ariel was wonderful, she assisted me as soon as I walked into the store, she Is a very kind worker. I would recommend if you go into the store to ask for her !

This place is amazing for my kids birthdays. If you get the app they have coupon codes to save money before you go.

My husband went to have balloons filled because on their website it states that “You can purchase balloons from other stores and have them filled at Party City for a fee.” They would not fill them. They claim that their website must not be updated. It’s extremely irritating to be wasting time driving to party city right before a birthday party only to find out that they won’t fill the balloons.

Went to this store yesterday and they had nothing from their ad, which started yesterday. When I asked when they were getting the stuff they said, they werent getting it until Halloween. So, why is it in their weekly ad for this week? Employees didnt know where stuff was in the store. And a lot of shelves were empty.

They have everything you need!!!❤🎉🎊🎈🎆But make sure to check your receipt because the system charged us $114.00 dollars for a $35 dollar helium tank!! Luckily, my husband noticed and they corrected the problem by refunding our money, and we paid the $35 actual price.Makes you think how many times this has happened and people dont check their receipts?

Super disappointed. Bought balloons online. Went to pick them up. Some of the balloons were out of stock but they offered different balloons for purchase. I agreed to the purchase but then they wanted me to wait an additional 35-40 minutes to wait for them to fill the balloons. I had placed the order and waited 3 hours to pickup. The management could have made it right by taking care of the order right away but chose not to. Not cool.

Great service. Employees were very helpful with the type of balloon bouquet I was looking for and I was able to come back to replace deflated balloons due to heat.

Customer service here isnt the best. Im very disappointed with my experience and of course with the company in general. I ordered all my kids costumes, one I did a curbside pick up at this location since it was only in stock at this location. Tell me why I went 5 days without hearing anything about my order, I finally called with the fear I may have missed my email and I might miss my window to pickup causing it to be put back on the shelf. The first girl I talked to seemed like she didnt want to help me, I was super nice!!! I work retail, I know how it can be, she ended up getting a manager to help which by his tone seemed like he was ready to help someone difficult, his tone quickly changed when I think he realized I was actually nice! My issue is that they couldnt find my order, he finally found it after quite some time and it just came up as not fulfilled not order canceled not item not in stock, if they would have completed the process and the item wasnt in stock, I would have been notified and I would have been given a refund. I told the manager I wasnt notified about anything, regardless. (Which I wasnt,I ended up doing a search on my email) He said well then you can dispute it with your bank. Me being in retail, knowing the ins and outs of how it works I checked my account, its been 5 days since my order, my refund should be there... nope. Finally called corporate to have them look into my order. Long story short, MY REFUND WASNT ISSUED UNTIL TODAY... BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS BARLEY CANCELED TODAY... THIS AFTERNOON...AFTER I CALLED!!!!! That means they took my money, paused my order, SOLD my sons costume that I already payed for and was going to keep the money. Ummm last I checked thats considered stealing. AND on top of that corporate was like um well you have a refund, its been issued today sooooooo..., which is crazy!!!! I never would have gotten my money if I wouldnt have called. There needs to be accountability. I feel it is necessary for me to write a review so others who want to do a same day pickup are aware, if you dont get an email saying your order is ready, or not in a timely manner call. Dont assume the email must be one of the 30 you get daily, check! Stay on top of it. And also for the manager and employees to hopefully see this and want to get better, not saying they will or will want to. Im mostly upset at the fact that the manager probably saw the order was paused and tried to play it off, because corporate was able to pull up my order and tell me everything. You simply could have just admitted there was a mistake made and tried to make it right in the moment, not leading me a wild goose chase for the truth.

Lots of variety for baby boy showers in design choices and diverse items in each category. My store did not have all the components of the design I picked so I ordered them online. Store is SO stocked for halloween.

There was a young man there that truly help me with something I knew nothing about.. he was so nice about it all.. so I got the correct stuff I needed having to do with marble Heroes

The selection of Party City was great. My wife and I were very impressed with how the supplies are displayed and categorized and organized. People there were very helpful. When the line became too long at checkout they opened up two more registers. All in all going to party city was a wonderful experience.

1 customer & his son(probably a Trumplican) were allowed to come in the store with NO face cover THIS is the PRIMARY reason the spread wont slow down And they SHOULDNT have been allowed in the store PERIOD

Werent too helpful. They didnt seem very enthusiastic this year. Sad how customer service has gone down hill. They didnt get the costume so we could see it. The worker just said its not going to fit. I went somewhere else, got the exact same costume, same size as party city and paid a little more because they were excited about selling their product.

NO Stars. Your system has been down for two days now. I cant order for my daugther Graducation or my sons birtbday! There are balloons in the store but i cant order. On top of that you 1800 number hangs up on me. So mad right now. Why cant we go in and just order. Went to Party City tonight to purchase helium filled balloons for a school event where i work . I brought my own balloons and ribbon, but needed to fill them with helium, They charge the same amount if you buy the balloons from Party City, but i already had the supplies, j ust wanted the helium. Overall the service was good and they gave me a school discount. The store was also very well stocked with party supplies.

There was a girl that was behind the counter who was not very friendly, seemed annoyed that we were in her way while searching for the correct number printed on a balloon as they were a mess and all mixed up. She kept walking back and forth.

Love this place for all my holiday needs. Always clean and friendly helpful people. My kind of place to shop

Party City always bails me out. I think thats the thing I love the most. Halloween costumes, party supplies (for pretty much any theme and any type of party), catering supplies, cake decorating, custom invitations, custom balloons and banners, gift wrap, and even gifts. Super handy to find whatever on earth you need to throw the perfect party. And if in a pinch financially, you can always run to the 99c store right in the same parking lot and find some giftwrap, less fancy balloons, and cheaper favors. All in all though, Party City has you covered, and Im always thankful its right here in town.

I went there today to get some balloons and other things for a graduation party when I come up to the cashier I tried to explain to this young guy that I needed the balloons freshly inflated because I live far and I didn’t want to have problems or that I could come the next day to pick them up. He didn’t let me finish he was rude and insisted I got the balloons that where inflated already I live 1 hour and half away now I have to go back tomorrow to pick up new balloons because there’s not enough air in them!! not happy with the service..😡🤦🏻‍♀️

When I visited the Party City store, employees of that store were very helpful of finding a particular item for me. While i was checking out the merchandise, I began to notice a unruly customer who disrespected the person who was on register. the employee displayed excellent customer service while the customer lost her attitude.. thank you so much I will be shopping here everyday from now on

I hate to give any place one star, but despite this election this place has the staff is absolutely horrible. The store is messy, and I could normally overlook that if it werent for the bad customer experiences we keep having here. Going through the checkout line is an absolute joke. The cashiers are not motivated to get people out in a timely manner. Shop at your own risk.

Had the worst experience here yesterday! We wanted to buy balloons and the worker told us no. We needed 40 balloons for a ballon release for my cousins 10th birthday who unfortunately passed away... the worker told us that we could only get 12 balloons! She said that they had to save the helium for other people who may want it for their parties! What kind of joke is that! We were paying customers who needed balloons and wanted to purchase balloons! The worker had the nastiest attitude, was extremely rude, even ended up running and leaving the counter unattended to go cry in the back room! The manager and one other worker had to drop what they were doing to finish helping us. We were told by the origin lady who was rude that they could only sell 12 balloons to one household and that we would have to be in separate households to purchase more balloons. We proceeded to tell her that we had 4 separate families in the store who did not live in the same household and wanted to each purchase 12 balloons and she again said no. We then turned to the people in line and asked them if they would buy 12 balloons for us and we would buy them off of her and the worker said no to that as well! We then told to her to help the people on line instead of making them stand and watch our disagreement being had and the worker whined about how there were helium tanks blocking the register she wanted to use which was 1 register out of 5 that this store has! She made a huge deal out of nothing called the cops because we wanted balloons and left her coworkers to fix a mess that she created! Me and my family will not purchase balloons or anything else from this franchise ever again! The manager then told us that it has nothing to do with households and that you only get 12 balloons per party as in like a birthday party! You only get 12 balloons for a bday party wow! The manager did solve the issue and was extremely calm with us speaking to him about the issue even while the rude employee was whining to him through his ear piece that he had to keep taking out to listen to us.

Always shop for costumes for Halloween and other party items. Nice and friendly staff, good prices and a well kept store.

They have a great selection, went to party city this location last night for buy a costume, their prices are fair and ended up buying one.

The GPS said this store will have the antlers I was looking for when I got here the person stocking was not helpful and rude. He told me he did not have them I told him the website said they did have them and I can pick them up here. He said hes still trying to get rid of the Thanksgiving stuff and he wont get to the boxes that are in the back anytime soon.

I bought balloons and they later told me I couldn’t get them filled with helium despite having already paid for them. I asked why they were filling other balloons up, and the rude cashier said the helium was only for curbside pickup. Now I have balloons sitting in a package without helium which completely defeats the purpose of buying them.
