Im really surprised that some people say the surface here is amazing because Ive been coming here for many years and have never had an amazing service I will say that Lydia is the kindest and friendliest of all of the employees here but Ive definitely dealt with rudeness from the rest of the employees from time to time... But what did it for me to day was the fact that 1 of the employees gave me an extra bag of product that was not mine, Which I did not even bother looking into our pain attention because she bagged everything and tied it all up a like they always do and then proceeded to hand me all of the bags so I left went clear across town to my home which I actually had an emergency that I needed to get home to attend to and then I received a phone call from the employees stating that I took a bag that wasnt mine which I reminded her know you handed me my bags to day and then she said yes and asked if I could turn around and come back immediately to return the bag and I said Im sorry it is almost a 40 minute drive there and back and Im on a very strict schedule plus Im handling things in my daily life and that I can not come back immediately and I will try to get the bag to them asap. She said while the customer is waiting on me and again I reminded her Im sorry to hear that but it was not my mistake and Im not able to turn around and come back right now . I received a phone call to minutes later from the store manager and it was funny because she stated her name and then emediately started saying which items were in that bag that didnt belong to me and by Mike OK thats fine I came bring the bag back I just cannot give you a time because I am on a very strict schedule today and she proceeds to tell me that the customer has to wait for that bag and that they can not give her any new items from the shelf so everybody is waiting on me and that I need to bring it by the end of the business day and dying like well Im sorry again this is my time and gas that I will have to put into my schedule which I honestly could not just get my cards we back over there as my day with completely booked out and I just didnt have the time to I was already in a rush myself and have my day planned out so of course I felt that for the other customer but this wasnt my mistake. They were not the friendliest on the phone to me what actually I should say the manager wasnt and I think the words and tone of voice could have been more professional and just FYI I am dropping off the bag but it is the next morning not the same day because the next morning I will be in the area and Im able to do so. I just dont like how they were not apologetic they made it seem like it was my fault which it was not I clearly asked the employee these are all my bags and she said yes and even handed the handles to me. Such just not good customer service at all plus the parking here always sucks because you pull in but you see on the parking block that its a sign to a different company or store that is in the area.

I dont understand why this location has such ratings...many of the girls are rude,hang up on you mid sentence, attitude when you ask for help, rude tone....I dread going here EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. .Would not recommend it if you dont HAVE to go.Prefer going to Salon Centric where the staff is friendlier,helpful and dont leave you feeling uncomfortable.

Honestly I havent have a problem with the store at all... This comment is about the online order. My first time online order was a disaster, they didnt send the products I order online, call the store and they said they are different from online orders, I have been in the phone for a 1hr & 20mns for some one to answer my call...

Unacceptable service. The store needs new management. They arent keeping employees responsible to take care of their guest and upkeep the store. I wouldnt suggest shopping here. Employees have a bad attitude. I suggest going across the street to salon centric where youll be treated as you should be.

Its the only cosmo prof i believe thats in the high desert. Its a smaller store than the usual cosmo profs i go to down the hill, but I use hair products that they carry here so i love coming to cosmo prof. Its just a little ways down from my house. the parking structures a little tight with all the other buisinesses around them & was hard to find when i first went. To me its a little crowded building of buisinesses with a small parking structure. Customer service was ok?

Worst customer service for the past few years. Dread going there. Would give it less than a star if I could. Ladies always rude never helpful. They rather sit behind the register in a chair than get up and help a customer. Rude comments, attitude, laziness, and very unprofessional. If you want to feel as if youve been harrassed, or want to feel a low self worth go here. Going here I always think itll be different. But they always amaze me with yet another terrible visit. Didnt think it would get worse until i walk through those doors again and again. Owners please get it together and hire new managent new staff and friendly, helpful, people. Rather pay a visit somewhere else and pay a little more. I know myself and other customers always feel the same. Seriously, unacceptable.

Website and storefront state they close at 5:00 on sundays. As I walked in at four minute until 4:00 the girl tells me they are closed. She was rude and I will never return to the Victorville store again.
